Car washed ok but when I came to pay they insisted I was driving a 4x4 and charged me £15. My car is a SUV but certainly not a 4x4. Will not be back.

I had a bronze valet on 28 March and it was terrible. They broke the latch that adjusts the drivers seat. They did say to get it fixed and they would pay the bill but luckily the garage I use regularly fixed it for free.The valet was mixed quality. The car was well hoovered and the plastics nice and clean. The door sills looked like they had not been touched at all and the windscreen and passenger side glass were really smeary.

Tried on recommendation, could barely tell car was washed! Sent a message showing pictures of huge bits clearly missed, wheels still filthy (despite paying £15! for wash!) and no reply, even though message seen. Wouldn’t recommend.

Used to always have a good experience at this place but after today i am not going back , i asked for the standard wash at £10 , roof wasnt cleaned and they didnt do half of what is advertised , when it came to pay they tried to charge me £15 , i will not be back there ever again , terrible service

Very sloppy work. Plastic trim polish is sprayed on everything on the interior and not wiped down properly, very dangerous on the brake pedal. Couldn't even be bothered to clean all the bird poo off. When I went back to my car after leaving it with them for 5 minutes my radio was on full volume, how disrespectful! Go elsewhere, you'll likely get a better price elsewhere also, overpriced for what you get!

Once upon a time, these guys were great and really did a great job but the past 4 times I have been up, oh dear!Wheels still dirty, no we can't dry your car we have no chamois, 3 times never did the tyres, body still dirty in places and the pressure from the lance, I swear I have never in 30yrs heard one so powerful and seen it held so close to the body, dangerous.So, no more I'm afraid, shame as they were very good for a long time.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Earlier today I had a tin of blue paint open up all over the back of my car. O took my car to these guys and they have performed a miracle. I am so delighted and left the car looking like the day I got it brand new last year. Totally amazing. They were all super nice and friendly too. Thank you so much for all your help today. I really appreciate everything you did.
