Francis is a knowledgeable, skilled and honest service provider. I was under the impression that the repair I needed would require replacement of one of the panels in my garage door, which would have cost $300 plus labour. Francis assured me this was not the case and expertly repaired the door, saving me $300 and unnecessary labour charges. He reconnected the trolly to the door using a purpose designed metal bar to replace the steel plate that had completely sheared off. He also adjusted and lubricated the door, replaced worn hinges, recommended a good lubricant, and showed me how to lubricate the door to keep it running smoothly. All of this was done for a very fair price. I am glad to recommend Francis. He’s a good guy.

My garage door spring and chain drive kit were broken. Including my garage door black roller. Send an email on Sunday and response to my email after an hour and set the date and time the next day. On Monday, Francis the garage door technician came to my house check my garage door and fixed everything in 2 hours. That includes lubricating the door parts; chain, hinges, etc. Francis is honest and trustworthy. The price of the service and parts are really affordable and I highly recommend Craftsman Garage Door Services to everyone. I rated him 10 STARS.
