I never really have liked Reators very much. The one I had there seemed pleasant enough. However, she didn't seem to really have the time for me. She showed me a couple of properties. I later emailed her that I wanted to put an offer in on a property we had looked at. She emailed back and asked for my details. About 10 minutes later she sent another email stating that the owner had already accepted a verbal offer". I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me.If you don't offer 10 to 20 thousand dollars over the list price and you don't have cash
