We are staying nearby this McDonald. My kid was hungry so I drove all the way to get some breakfast. They forgot to give me my juices with the order. On top of it the pancake that was given to me was hard as rock. How is my kids suppose to eat this? They don’t think that someone has to eat this food. They just want to give it for the sake of selling?I think they put the he pancakes overtime in the microwave instead of properly thawing it.Really bad experience

The stouffville location is consistently the slowest fast food restaurant in history whether it's drive thru or in-store. The line is always huge BC they are so slow you can barely get in the door. Also expect to get the wrong order if you use the drive-thru.

This place is a joke. You ask them for an ice cream cone in a CUP and they give it to you in a sundae container… over 1hr drive before you can safely eat it…. Wow. There is another McDonald’s that doesn’t do this and the ice cream is amazing. From here it’s ****. They say OK YEAH we can do that THEN WHY THE ******* DO YOU KEEP PUTTING IT IN A SUNDAE CONTAINER LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS GIVE THEM WHAT THE NEED YET ALONE WANT. Never going back here. Can even get an ice cream in a cup right..pathetic.

Really like McDonald's at this location. Staff is nice and friendly. Food ordering is efficient. Although it is not a big restaurant, the condition is neat and clean. My dad loves to come here for coffee and muffin in the morning, chatting with friends met in here. Appreciate this restaurant welcoming senior to spend good time here.

Long day on the road for this busy salesman but luckily there's a McDonald's on the way, stopped in and grabbed a McDouble without the buns extra pickles and three tomato slices and a small order of fries. A perfect gluten-free dinner on the run for a Celiac like me. Restaurant was clean, service was excellent; staff were well-trained. Food was hot and fresh and presented beautifully on the platter, nothing but five stars all around.

This rating is exclusively for their hashbrowns. Best hashbrowns anywhere. Can’t beat that deep fried goodness with crispy exterior, light and fluffy on the inside and also well seasoned. No other fast food joint compares. Others that bake them do not have their crispyness and moistness.

Great location and it was opened on Thanksgiving monday while almost everything was closed. We ordered hot chocolate and pumpkin latte. also a pack of 6 muffins.

Very friendly staff! I got about twice a day for coffee. I've had the odd meal, food was perfect and came without any concerns.They are very accommodating with special requests, at least for coffee. I remember that the tills were down one day so they gave me a free coffee anyway. Everyone there is polite and the restaurant is super clean. I often watch the news and enjoy my coffee there.
