Costco Tire Center

Purchased new tires through Costco had them installed at there yesterday.We had an appointment and even showed up early. Still spent over 2 hours waiting for them to install the new tires on our rims. This morning, one of our tires is flat....now what...?Tried calling the tire center and can't reach anyone so I called and asked for administrative staff through the prompts. Finally reached a person and explained my problem and after him telling 'OK, one second' ,he put me on hold and then sent me back to the tire center extension where no one picks up the phone....Wish I would have read the reviews for this location, prior to booking our appointment....

Arrived for my appointment on time.Was told that it might take 2 hours or longer, to change a tire sensor. One that they missed when they installed 4 new tires, a few days before. Service has gone from excellent to very poor, since the opening of this Costco Tire Center location.

I went to get new tires put on last week, all the staff at the Stoney Creek tire centre were great, very helpful and attentive. They were done within one hour too!! Big shout out to Roslyn! She was amazing!!

Absolute worst tire location I have ever been to. Even with an appointment it takes them 4 hours to change the tires. I went home, and they called me when their store closed, so I could not uber back in time. I had to go pick it up the next day. Well at least it got done, right?Wrong, went to get my oil change at the dealership and the guy tells me they installed one of the tires with the threads going backwards. They sold me 3 right tires and 1 left. I was not about to go back and experience a day to change the tire so had to pay $70 at the dealership to flip the tires. I have never been so disappointed with costco before.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment. I arrived on time and was told to come back in 50 mins. I returned 50 mins later to find out that they haven’t even started working on the tires. I was then informed it would be at least another 2 hours. No apology from them what-so-ever. I should have read the reviews before deciding to go with Costco.Costco, you would be wise to be honest with your customers and let them know up front that you are running behind, this way alternate arrangements can be made by your customers.

Took 3 hours for a season tire change today despite having an appointment and told itll only take 90 mins.Customer service is appalling. Man at reception with beard and tattoo is unnecessarily rude and needs better training in customer service.

Yes, the staff is busy at the tire Center and the wait time can be long at times but they make sure all is good with your order. Also, the mechanics are on point. They not only put your tires on securely but if they happen to see something wrong under your car, they let you know. I have nothing but good things to say. However, Costco should have more staff at the tire counter helping out the customers and checking them out. This would definitely help.

Punctured a tire not too far from this location and was losing air rapidly. 8:00pm and still 1.5hrs from home. They were closing at 8:30 and very busy in all bays. However, both John’s still took care of us so we were able to get back on our way.Much appreciated, guys!!

Just want to give a shout out to Jim and John! I drove over a staple and noticed my tire was flat in the parking lot of Costco. Jim went above and beyond to help me out. John was also very helpful, thank you again!

Worst experience for seasonal tire change..it took more than 2 hrs for seasonal tire change.. scheduling appointment for tire change is joke at this location.
