Antoinette was truly amazing. I had an older Artcraft lighting fixture that needed replacement of some tired parts. Although the fixture was discontinued years ago she searched and searched and found exactly what I needed. The fixture is hanging, restored to its former glory and I couldn't be happier!

Artcraft is a wonderful company. I became acquainted with them many years ago and have used their light fixtures on projects from multi family complexes to multi million dollar custom homes. Artcraft’s quality is high. Their designs are on trend. Their exterior light warranty is the best in the business. They even have an extensive collection of fixtures that are made in North America which is not easy to find these days. I love doing business with this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a 10-year-old expensive electronic low volt 16 crystal fixture with 2 transformers, one of which was burned. I took it to the importer-distributor Artcraft Lighting with no appointment. I met with Jesse, the executive product manager and told him of my dilemma on Monday, December 12, 2022. He said there was no one there right now, but perhaps they had a transformer or could find a solution. The next day I got a call that the problem was solved and that luckily they had a similar transfer and that it was working again. Now that is what I call exceptional service and attitude. Outstanding customer service! We purchased an Artcraft light fixture through an online retailer. Upon opening it we noticed it was missing a key structural piece of hardware, and could not be fully assembled. The retailer was polite, but unable to track down the part. I reached out directly to Artcraft and had the pleasure of working with Maria and Antoinette. They located the exact part I needed in a returned item and shipped it to me, enabling me to finish assembling the light. The entire interaction was quick - I received the part about 2 weeks after my initial contact with Artcraft. They were always helpful, promptly responded to my messages, and went above & beyond to solve my problem. Without question they exceeded my expectations!(And we're very pleased with the light too!)

I work at Georgia Lighting, a showroom in Sugar Hill, GA and we have quite a few pieces from Artcraft on display and they always garner a lot of interest. Many of the pieces they design are contemporary in design which appeals to the large number of newer homeowners who are younger at heart. They also have some strong transitional options that can make a nice update to a traditionally designed space. As far as their customer service goes; we have very few issues with [less than 2%] manufacturing or fulfillment errors. When there is an occasional issue, they have been very cooperative in getting the problem fixed.

Artcraft lighting is excellent, they have amazing customer support. I moved into a home with 3 very attractive Artcraft fixtures. They were installed in 2016 by the previous owners. The fixtures happen to have broken and I reached out to Artcraft just looking for a similar model - I ended up speaking with Antoinette Spinelli who went above and beyond in trying to assist me to find something else that would work on my wall as my existing models were discontinued. Not only that, as she realized the fixtures all failed after only 5 years since manufacture date, unsolicited, she offered a courtesy price adjustment on any fixture I'd purchase because they stand by their products. As they are the manufacturers there was no need to really entertain a discussion with me, I had no warranty or even proof of purchase, Artcraft could have simply forwarded me to an authorized retailer. However, Antoinette assisted me and helped me find another excellent fixture. She was a pleasure to work with and Artcraft has an excellent selection of attractive products. Amazing experience!
