The good- Came here for my bday, the staff was super friendly and gave quick service. The place itself is trendy and a great vibe. Tiramisu was super tasty and the little ear pasta was my favourite!The bad- The Rigatoni came out cold, we had to send it back, the fettuccine lacked sauce and was quite dry. The pizza was neither here nor there.

Amazing experience! My wife and I came from out of town to attend the Oiler game. We made reservations with ease and were able to walk to The Parlor safely and easily from our downtown hotel. The restaurant is beautiful and we were greeted in a very welcoming and friendly manner. Our server, Liz was sooooo good!! She was knowledgeable, professional and treated us like old regulars. We had a charcuterie plate and it was delicious, so fresh and artisanal! The drinks were out of this world, hand crafted and made with care. Ray, the bar manager even hand delivered them during a busy rush and took the time to explain how he made them and the ingredients. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Edmonton!

Great place with a great ambiance. The food was pretty good as well. Definitely recommend getting a pizza (and a dipping sauce for the crust).

This restaurant has become a staple for my partner and I. We eat here practically every Thursday, which is when they have the best deal ever, the Perfect Ten Thursdays" where they have all of their signature cocktails and pizzas on for $10 each starting at 7:00pm. We love trying all of their different flavours of pizzas

PRO-TIP: on Thursday’s after 7pm they have $10 pizzas and cocktails. This is the single greatest deal I’ve seen in Edmonton.Great vibes and great pizzaThe Parlour offers a unique dining experience with a visually appealing atmosphere.The pizza at Parlour was quite good. I had the margarita pizza and I was skeptical based on some past reviews I’ve read, but the pizza exceeded my expectations. The pizza was thicker than a typical Neapolitan, which was great because it was more filling, and the crust had substance, so it didn’t fall apart when I picked it up. The dough had a very unique flavour, and to compliment it, I had dipped it in this phenomenal chipotle sauce that was offered to me. I would highly recommend it!Also, the pizza was reasonably priced compared to most high-quality pizza places in town. I wouldn’t say this is the best pizza in the city, but definitely one of the better overall dining experiences I’ve had in the city.

We had our small wedding reception at Parlour in the Birchwood room and the staff and management were amazing from the initial planning stages to the dinner itself. Matt and Kenzie were so helpful and patient with me throughout the process, answered all of my many questions and took so much time to go over everything with me to put me at ease and ensure we were all on the same page… :)Our vision for the evening was perfectly executed by their team and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. I have to specifically shout out Emilio who was one of our servers. He was so attentive, kind and professional and also very personable and friendly. Multiple guests came up to me over the course of the night and told us how much they appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Thank you to everyone involved!

Had a lovely night at the parlour last week. Our waitress Jessica was superb and very informative with the wine and food menu. We sat at the bar which was a lovely experience and atmosphere. The truffle pizza was amazing and the crust was a perfect consistency. We also shared the short ribs which were cooked to perfection. The flavours were all there. And to end it off we indulged in the tiramisu cake which was worth the calories. Great experience and time spent at this beautiful restaraunt. Will be back again.

Went there with a party of 11, they gave us an entire dining room to ourselves. The food and atmosphere is fantastic, the wait staff did everything right without any issues at all. Entree portions were huge, most of us ended up with take out containers. Definitely visiting again.

Great front of house service, the server was very attentive! This place has an trendy atmosphere, and absolutely amazing pasta! Would highly recommend the short rib ravioli - it was to die for!
