More than expected. Best nails I ever had done by miles . Will never go anywhere else. High quality service and friendly staff. Top speed and precision.

Snapped my wifes real nail and proceeded to laugh at her. Then told her she would have to redo the full acrylic only to leave out the fact she would be charged more through no fault but their own. £20 job turned to a £35 nightmare, shocking. Do not recommend the women who work here.

AVOID !! ABSOLUTE RIP OFFS !!! GREEDY PEOPLE ! So I went to this shop as ive been before , before lockdown , I went for acrylics , not fancy just acrylics no colour no nothing , said on price list £23 for acrylics and colour , I didn't get a colour so I should have been cheaper than that , but no for whatever reason they had to justify it I was charged £27 as I stated before I didn't have a colour not even a top coat so why the expense ill never know , two days later to top it off a nail broke off and now another one's broke after 4 days , please go elsewhere and don't waste your money or time as you won't get the end result your looking for , disapointed as I'm over the advertised price down and no nails to show for it , cant stand greedy people ,

Walked in today and planned to do a nail gel manicure, a lady welcomed me and I showed her a picture that I would like to do the same design, she kindly informed me they have the colour and could do the similar design, thank you lady. But when it comes to my turn, another staff saw the picture and said you need to choose the colour yourself. Actually there is no same colour and I hope he could help to just choose a similar colour to match. In the meantime, another customer came in, he just left me there and serve the new customer and asked me to choose the colour I want. Is that the way you treat your customer? Just left and felt very uncomfortable. Don’t think he is professional and friendly.

Super quick! Took my friend for a small treat so she didn't know what she wanted but staff were super nice and gave us time to decide. In the end we showed them a picture and they did super well. She is super pleased ❤

I don’t think the staff member knew what he was doing!!To start he took a USED towel from underneath another customers foot to use for me!Even though there was an entire pile of fresh ones?! Yuck!!He didn’t remove my gel polish & instead proceeded with a “pedicure” around the old, chipped & grown out current colour. Very Odd but I tried to trust the process.Service was lax & half done. Literally scraped one foot & I had to put the other one back up after he initially dismissed it.Cleaned under & around the toes on one foot but not the other???The scrubbing was terrible as well. I had to tell him to not scrub the soft upper side of my foot. Maybe lack of training?! But all the side of my foot & top is now scratched up.After the pedicure part was “complete” he then took the old polish off…. Makes no sense as now the clean feet are covered in powder.I had to stop him from starting to paint with my toes STILL COVERED IN POWDER!Any rookie would realise painting over dust will show underneath the nail polish.Another lady seen my washing my own toes & explaining to the staff member why you need to wash the power off first & asked if everything was ok. I explained the reason why you remove first & wash after.Nothing further was said.Overall very very bizarre experience. Would recommend management invest in training their staff so the service provided is done correctly and to a standard worth the money customers fork out.

Great service so pleased with my nails, brilliant job done and reasonably priced would highly recommend
