I purchased a CC (Chanel knock off) silver necklace with charm.I wore it about 4 times and loved it, so I threw away my receiptShortly after, I wore it again but as the day went on, I noticed that the charm had broken off and was nowhere to be found.I went back to the store with the chain and told the owner what had happened. I fully expected her to replace it for me, but she would not because I didn’t have my receipt.Only after I told her what I expected, she finally offered a credit of half the sale price.I refused and left her with the necklace because it was of no use to me without the charm.I have bought many things from that store and. I was appalled at the lack of customer service.I have never had an experience like that before and left the store in frustration.I have owned many small businesses in my life and would Never have treated any of my customers in such a manner.I will never shop there again and will tell everyone that I can about her lack of customer service.

I love this store! I've been shopping here for years and they always have exactly what I need, and things that I didn't know I wanted untilI saw it there :) the staff are so helpful I always feel like I have a personal shopper when I'm there I highly recommend

This store is a paradise who really wants to shop something good at a reasonable price especially during the sale times!I was here right after visiting Ardene where I did spend most of my money cuz I didn’t know this place existed else i would have bought scarf , caps, and winter accessories from here. The ladies working here are exceptionally kind and allow you to have a look at whatever you want with all the patience and yes they play good music too.I’m for sure going to buy something from here very soon...

I walked in for the first time and the employees were incredibly nice, they made finding some peices I needed such an enjoyable experience. They have the cutest products and the boss is very kind and interactive with her customers and treats them with so much care. She offered me a seat for my bags because they were so heavy. 10 out of 10 recommend stopping by this store.

So glad a location at Yonge and Bloor has reopened after all of the renovations that were done in the underground area! One thing about this place...you'll always find something you like each and every time you enter the store. The store is so much bigger now too! It looks great
