Ticket didn’t read. Stuck in lot. Attendants rude and tried to extort money from me. AVOID this trap!!!!

Best parking garage in the city. 10/10 would park again...

As a foreign traveler, AVOID THIS LOT - it is not as advertised. I paid for “all day” parking the evening I pulled into town (12th), knowing that I would be busy into the night helping outfit a friend’s boat in the harbor. Everything was fine. The next day (13th), I repeated the process, but this time got booted. Nowhere does it explain that an “all day” ticket means 6-6 until AFTER your purchase. Because of my experience from the day previous, I assumed that after 6 pm the lot free use, as that is common where I’m from. However, having paid full price for “all day” on the 12th it appears that the lot would have been well within its rights to boot me 23 minutes later. In the USA, this practice would be sued for false advertising. As it stands, it sent my business elsewhere, inconvenient as it may have been.
