Dr. Khan And Dr. Park Optometrist Clinic.

I have been going to Dr. Khan for long time. He is an excellent Optometrist. The staff is very friendly.

Clearly double booked, apparently does not know the changes to health cards and ODSP, did not accept a fax of ODSP despite faxes being an acceptable, legal form of documentation. Very unprofessional and dismissive in handling customers, and despite myself being on ODSP (they clearly prefer customers they can upsell) my parents are not. Thankfully there are many other options in Durham with great reviews, and with poor eyesight running in the family, they lost return patients and any recommendations.I’m honestly glad that they were so difficult because my appointment would have been rushed (like I said, I was clearly double booked as the doctor had to leave for a meeting 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled.Only 2 stars because the building is nice, and the waiting room is modern.

Dr. Khan is always pleasant to deal with. Glad I found him when I moved to Whitby.

Dr Khan would not accomodate my disabled partner for an appointment (to use a speech to text devise as my partner is deaf). Although I respect the Doctors right to refuse to serve any client, I am disappointed Dr Khan would not see her.

Dr. Walden is very thorough and she always has a smile. I have been going here for many years and highly recommend.

Dr. Walden and Dr. Khan are very thorough. Never had an issue here once. They’re glasses are reasonably priced as well. Thank you for the great experience and for taking care of my two set of eyes.

I have found Dr Khan to be competent , and pleasant. His staff is also friendly.

Finger waiving. Look at my nose and tell me, how many fingers am I holding up?I’ve tried that on 7 different people since my appointment. Nobody could tell me how many fingers! But because I couldn’t tell, I need to take/pay for an advanced field vision test.

Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They also have a range of glasses to fit various budgets.

Dr. Walden is great with my son and always friendly and calming.
