Mazinani Divorce Lawyers

I couldn’t work with her more than two months and my review is about her manners and attitude. She did not let me to ask my questions and as I did, she shouted at me that my questions are distracting her colleague then asked me” If you don’t have better solutions, don’t ask this question “ . She has poor communication skills even in her emails , cancelling the appointment with no heads up and finally DID NOT LET HER CLIENTS KNOW OF HER SUSPENSION SITUATION. when behaves in front of her clerks or vice versa, her behaviour is rude. She seems she is trying to show her assertions by being rude. I am not sure about her practice as I did not find time due to her suspension but I don’t recommend her because of her behaviours.

My wife hired Elena And they ripped her off Apparently every canceled appointment she was charging 200$ without letting the client know. Long story short two phone calls and few Emails the bill came to 3200$, and good luck getting the rest of your retainer back. Took them 3 month to send the money. Highly not recommended

Ash Mazinani, is the best lawyer I've had. Elena (Elnaz) Mazinani has no regards for her clients. All she cares about is your money and she is willing to do anything immoral and unethical to achieve that. There has been multiple complaints against her to the Law Society which led into 6 months of suspension. Search her disciplinary history in the Law Society Ontario.

I can't express my feeling about them . They took from me $4500.00 dollars and it was gone in just communications over the phones , emails and mails . None of them have enough experience or knowledge,you call the secretary he says something to you and then if you talk to Ash or Sam they say something different, you don't know how to believe them . At the begginning Elena was my lawyer , She got suspended for whorever reason , They never mentioned it .Trust me they tried to make my case very difficult to take money from me . When it was very simple. I just want a simple separation agreement but they made so complicated that I decided to leave them and start over with a new lawyer. They are not good at all , and also Elena has very bad attitude , she is so rude ,she doesn't have any manners, She likes to yell at you over the phone . I would not recommended her or them to anyone who work hard .Don't leave your money on their hands ,anyways they didn't do anything and they took my money and when I quited , they sent me an email that I still owe them $300.00 dollars , I was wondering from where if they could even do anything for me.I usually don't like to do this and leave this feedback but I have too ,I don't like others make the same mistake as well. We all need to work hard to support our families , but specially these lawyers they don't consider you at all.They can say whorever they want to and probably they are going to say that I was not their clients or They couldn't find me in their files . But also I am going to complain to a lawyer society because I have all the proof. I will translate this text in Spanish too and if I have to do it in Persian I will too.thank you
