Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace, an IHG Hotel

Another fantastic stay at the Terrace, BC property. I had inadvertently left a garment bag in my closet and realized it when I was 3 hours away. Martin and his team were so helpful in getting this back to me. I always like staying at this hotel when I am in Terrace for business.

The morning breakfast was a really decent way to start the day! Coffee in the lobby all day is a nice bonus and the coffee was decent!Rooms were clean and comfortable, mattresses were a bit firm for my liking but the little sectional was a nice touch to liven up the room.The pool was pretty small and there's no hot tub, I didn't get a chance to look at the exercise room.Not in range of walking to anywhere, definitely rent a car or use the shuttle/taxi.Overall good stay and would go back again.

I love this hotel! I travel to Terrace quite a bit for work and each time I choose this place. The rooms are clean and have a new vibe, the breakfast is outstanding and most of all the customer service is top notch every time. Two examples to share...I bought smoked salmon from Prince Rupert and needed it to be in a freezer for the week I was there...no problem! The staff kept it for me no questions asked. This past visit I forgot something in my room and did not realize for at least two weeks. When I noticed it was gone I called, a staff member found it (Joey) went to the post office (on his own time), sent it to me and paid out of his own pocket! (I reimbursed him through e-transfer). His above and beyond attitude is incredible! So happy and pleased this is my hotel of choice when I visit Terrace. Thank you to all staff for making each one of my stays an absolute pleasure!
