Tremendous experience with this company. Hot tub has been fantastic for a couple of years (great product). But when we required urgent service work due to winter temperatures and a tripped breaker the service team was very responsive and quick ! Fixed within hours. Supporting small local business is important. But it’s an even easier decision when the service and commitment from the local business is very good! I recommend purchasing a hot tub from spa spot!

Last fall I decided to research and acquire a spa tub for my back yard. After checking out a few hot tub stores including the web, I stopped in to Spa Spot. Greeted by Ryan, I was given a complete run down of their product and service.The spa I liked was on sale but I was unable to have it delivered and set up until the following spring. I told Ryan that I would be happy to put a deposit on the tub if he would hold it to that price till spring. He agreed and I made the purchase. Spring arrived and I had the base prepared and power was installed. I needed a crane to get it in the backyard and everything went perfectly from crane to base. The installers from Spa Spot were very knowledgeable and very courteous to my concerns.I closing I would recommend this company to anyone, and ask for Ryan.PS i love the hot tube, and thanks to everyone at Spa Spot.

We shopped around, then a friend bought a tub from Spa Spot and urged us to check out. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! We worked with Kyle the owner and it was the best hot tub shopping experience we’ve had, so we bought our tub! Model 471. Can’t wait for delivery!Happy Happy customers:)

We visited the Home and Garden show and came across the Spa Spot booth. The salesperson we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, and we decided to make a deposit for a hot tub. Throughout the process, we had multiple visits to the store where we received helpful assistance from the staff.On the day of delivery, the lead installer informed us about the requirement of using copper cable instead of aluminum, as it would void the warranty. I asked them to put the tub in place while I called the store to clarify, and we were satisfied with the service provided by the installers.When I contacted the representative at the store regarding the electrical issue, there was some miscommunication. The representative seemed to focus on what I should have done differently rather than finding a solution. I had a couple of questions regarding the information provided at the store and the supplied wiring diagram, but unfortunately, those questions remained unanswered. This was a challenging experience as my cable was buried below 2 feet of dirt and paving stones.During the phone call, there was some background noise and it seemed like the representative was being pressured. Eventually, I agreed to speak with the owner, but the conversation didn't go well. The owner immediately placed blame on my electrician and made negative comments about their knowledge and pricing. At that point, communication became unproductive.Later, the owner mentioned a potential fix involving connecting aluminum to copper with pig tails, but no follow-up call was received from their recommended electrician or Spa Spot.After some research I was happy to find out that American Whirlpool has other certified representatives in the area, providing options for future service. Hopefully, this information proves useful to others.

We cannot say enough about the positive experience with Spa Spot! We shopped around for a year, we were not rushing into any purchase. In the end, The Spa Spot provided the best price (by far compared to some), best information, and best tub options for what we wanted - a more therapeutic tub experience - we are in our 60s. There was zero pressure to buy - the only place who did not pressure us in fact. We appreciated the patience in answering ALL our questions. The install team was fantastic and efficient. As we get used to our tub, The Spa Spot continues to answer questions and to help us! Make sure you go to The Spa Spot if you are considering a hot tub!

Hot tub went down during the winter and started to leak. Previous owner built the tub into the deck making it difficult to find and fix the problem.The great team at The Spa Spot got the tub out of the deck, found all the issues and got the tub back up good as new and even took the time to go over and add extra measures to ensure the tub stayed level. Price was more then fair and the work was done fast.Great attitudes by everyone as well, highly recommend this company if you need anything.

The pump had failed on my hot tub ( different brand ) and I had troubles locating a rebuild. I contacted Kyle through a referral and inquired about a rebuilt pump. With in a couple hours we had the rebuilt pump. The following day when I went to install the pump I realized the input and output sizes where different. I went to see Kyle at his gateway location. Right away he left to go pick up adaptors so I could get up and running. When he returned a short while later and solved the problem 10 fold. From a person whom I had talked to twice tue day before, the level of customer service I experienced was second to none! Not to mention his installer walked me through the electrical through pictures, text and phone calls to make sure everything was on par. Highly recommend Kyle and his team!

Bought a tub in 2018, friendly sales staff, great delivery and set up team. When I had questions regarding restarting after having it empty for the summer they helped me over the phone. The other day I noticed the tub was at 68 degrees so I restarted the breaker. When I checked the next morning it said Tub too hot. We turned it off for a few hours and tried to reset but got the same error. I called just before close and left a message. I got a call back the next day, and I was told the most likely cause was the filters were clogged and not allowing the water to flow as freely through them and pushing the heated water out of the heating tank fast enough. I bought new filters and my tub is working as it should. I was rotating filter sets and soaking in the cleaner, but obviously needed new. It’s nice to know they will try to help first before charging service call fees.

Kyle did a great job explaining the features of the tub and our options. He did not try to sell us on anything. We felt 100% in the drivers seat. Worked with us on what we truly wanted as opposed to getting the sale.

Outstanding every step of the way. We purchased our hot tub 2 years ago and love it. So much we could not leave it behind when we sold our house. They helped us to move it out from old house to our warehouse for storage till our new house ready for its final resting spot. We can’t wait to be in our hot tub again very soon.Awesome customer service and everyone we have dealt with them been great and will not go anywhere else except them for my hot tub needs.
