It was a mistake..They don't care about you or about your health or anything but money....I started a 10 months ago... I show up just 5 times and I stopped because of ill-treatment, I signed up and paid more to be able to take my sister with me. At first, they told me she could come with you at any time. A week later, I came with my sister. You cannot believe the huge amount of questions and information that the employe asked my sister to enter her, and she must fill out a file a day before her arrival every time she wants to come With me, this is really tiring. I stopped coming and demanded to cancel the contract, but they absolutely refused... And now there are two months left for the end of the contract, and they have no interest or question why I didn't come... All this is not important, but they never forgot to send me to renew the contract..I'm really disappointed.

@Mustapha Ayad is my personal trainer and he helped me achieve my goals.Proper form, technique, and mental discipline is what you can expect from him to pass on to you. Highly recommend you try a session with him!

Just so everyone knows, from the time they replied to this comment till now, nothing has been changed.OK Gym, but they refuse to have enough spray bottles to clean the equipment. You have to walk way across the gym to find one and sometimes it isn't in the place where it's supposed to be.It's obvious that this is an issue because you can see people don't wipe down their equipment after using it. They even have posters saying Wipe down your equipment we live in a new world now" referring to COVID but if you want to wipe your bench after doing bench press you have to walk half way across the gym and back

The gym contracts are misleading and not honest. The normal yearly contracts is full of hidden fees that show up periodically.Even in the Flex program, the whole idea of this program is that you can cancel anytime. But when you decide to cancel, they will make you pay an extra month. Cancelling an airplane ticket is less costly.When i talked to the owner and told him this is misleading, his argument was that other gyms are misleading too. He kept talking in the hope to sound like he has a point.I tried other gyms that do not do these cheap tricks on customers. Such a shame really to be a part of this gym for a year and a half.

I highly recommend the world gym laval. I had a great chance to train personally with trainers Ariosly and Abdul (Aboude). I appreciate strongly the work they did. I lost 20 kg during 2 months. So if you want to get fit , ask for them!!! Best trainers ever

Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Gym and swimming pool areas are super clean! Dorry was super helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

It’s fair compared to what you are paying for, however other branches ( like the one on Acadie) has more and newer machines and dumbbells. This one has very limited machines. For example there is only one chest fly machine which is the most used machine. If you come in the morning it’s good, evening (5-8pm) is very crowded. Always There are one or two machines that needs maintenance. But overall experience comparing to other gym prices this one is okayI just recommend to lower the volume of the music.

My review is based on integrity and honesty sides of this branch;When I registered for VIP membership i had been told that I can cancel for free after 6 months period otherwise there is a penalty to pay; when I went to cancel they told me the previous employee provided wrong information and i have to pay $150 or i can continue and pay till expired… the contract does not say anything specific thats why I trust the employee..another issues, during COVID, another employee from the same branch missed deducting the monthly fees and the gym was closed yet they sent my wife’s file to collecting company and we ended paying $500 for membership and penalties for closed gym… technically stealing… and I heard many more cases during covid with same situation but I cannot..Beside that horrible attitude to collect money; the gym is clean, employees are nice and overall is good.Just make sure to have everything in writing do not count on their employee’s knowledge and if they shared wrong info the dont stick to it..
