Delicious and amazing biltong. The hunters blend is outstanding, almost impossible not to eat the entire bag in one sitting. The game meat is fresh and high quality every time and the staff and very kind and welcoming. Great place, great food and great people!

I'd been meaning to head to Bokkie's for awhile after reading about their wares on their website. I finally made the trip over this week and I'm so happy I did.Their grocery and spice section is well laid out and full of tasty, unique yet accessible offerings. I bought some spices (including a recipe-included packet where the spices are pre-portioned to make trying a new dish easy) to create a Christmas basket for a budding chef. I also bought a packet of their signature biltong (I got the Hunter's " variety): I was not disappointed and literally ate 1/3 of the packet before returning home that evening.I look forward to going on a day where I have more time to shop in order to explore their extensive meats collection. The staff members Dirk and Amanda were very friendly and even offered to write out some easy + tasty recipes for me when I have more time to shop and stick around for a chat.I'd include photos but unfortunately I got a bit over-excited about wrapping gifts so those images will not help you: too many ribbons 'n' bows involved ;)All I can say is go visit for yourself and discover this semi-hidden treasure trove of tasty goodness."

You won’t find better quality meats. Such a great variety and everything is fresh. Staff a very friendly and helpful and love to answer any questions I asked. I would recommend this place to anyone. We are considering a large family bbq soon and have already put in an order!

If you like game meat as well as tasty well prepared lunches or dinners, some great options available. Purchased the brisket sandwiches which were large portioned and extremely tasty. While at the store also purchased the chicken curry pie for dinner, which I'm sure is as tasty as the brisket.

Ordered two packages of biltong and a few varied snacks online. The biltong is absolutely delicious and brings me back to SA! The snacks were also wonderful and high quality. Extremely fast shipping, and the thank you note in the box was a wonderful touch!Will definitely be ordering again. :)

Tried this place after a recommendation from my cousin. I orders quite a lot of biltong online. Delivery was pretty quick. Packaging was decent. Items arrived in good condition. I tried a bit of everything. I was not disappointed and literally am still eating it each day. My only take is each person has a different taste when it comes to the spices. This was not spiced enough for my liking, but has not stopped me from enjoying it. Customer service has been great as well.

This is an incredible store. My girlfriend and I stop here whenever we are heading north. Their biltong is superb - even better than overseas - and the quality of their meat is unparalleled, as well. Their store has array of rare to impossible to find items. Bokkie’s Biltong is a must visit!
