Great company. The owner Cam serviced our generator for a townhouse complex. He was easy to deal with, wasn't pushy but did give a lot of valuable information to maintain our equipment. Provided all the details and specifics of the work he was doing and made sure everyone was well informed before proceeding. Really appreciated the quick and solid service he provided. Will definitely be calling him next year for our annual maintenance.

What an awesome generator service this company did an emergency project together with an electrician who installed a transformer booster to bring up the voltage to the building as the generator was constantly running due to more air-conditioning units used in building. A big huge thank you. I most recommend this company to anyone who has a generator.

So I bought a new RV and the 1995 and a generator wasn't working I called around to multiple different places and nobody would really want to come and help me out until I came across North Power, they returned almost instantly I had an email stating that they were a little bit busy and wouldn't be able to see me for about 2 weeks he gave me a phone number to another technician that would be able to help me I ended up waiting for them calling them back telling that and they said that they were free right now and they came over instantly diagnose my problem and then gave me the part number to order a link of where to order it and told me that he did not want to charge me because he didn't fix the problem. Companies like this aren't really around anymore and it is very rare to find one I recommend if you need any work for any generator or piece of Power Equipment to call. Thank you guys very much you very helped out in a stressful time in my life

Cam is experienced, helpful and professional. When I needed assistance with my generator, I called him and left a message. He promptly returned my call and was able to diagnose the problem. He emailed me quotes and options to review which resulted in him only having to make one service call to our farm.
