I snapped a leaf spring on my old '77 Travelaire on my last camping trip of the season and was a bit stuck as I couldn't get my trailer very far. The gang at Trailerman got me in within a day of me calling and had it all fixed up and ready to go with all new leafs and suspension. They did an amazing job, were super friendly and easy to deal with and the price was very fair! I would 10/10 recommend Trailerman to anyone looking to get any repair/maintenance done

Mike and his guys were amazing!!! Had a problem with my trailer switch, and needed to go to the Okanagen. When I called them Mike said the are booked out for today but J should stop by and they can take a look maybe it is a minor thing, and even that I stop there in the late afternoon, they manage to find & fix the problem in no time!!! Best experience ever had in a workshop.

My daughter and I were first time customers with our travel trailer. All the staff were lovely and wonderful to chat with. They treated us as if we were family. I highly recommend this place to have any trailer repairs done. They’re knowledgeable and the work is top notch!

Purchased a used Trailerman trailer, and brought it in to have a boat rack installed, and the axle flipped. The guys were fantastic, and it came in under budget. Highly recommend these guys!Update:I've since been back for additional work, and am again blown away by the customer service. They're happy to answer questions, and the work from the guys in the shop is absolutely top notch!

We needed a full axle replacement on our boat trailer and had no idea where to go. ICBC was less than helpful (to put it politely) and I found Trailerman while looking online for trailer repair in the Fraser Valley area. I am so, so, so glad we chose them!! This will be the ONLY place we ever bring any of our trailers going forward. Their service and work was seamless, incredibly friendly and personable, flexible, honest, and actually helpful. They treated us with respect and consideration at all points of the process. They quoted the work and price for what we needed quickly and accurately, and did not upsell us or tack on a bunch of random fees or extra costs at the end as some places like to try to do. They even took the time to call us and ask if we would be ok with them replacing a burnt-out side marker bulb that they had happened to notice while working on what we had actually brought the trailer in for, even though the cost of the replacement was literally 25 cents!!! This spoke volumes to me about their honesty, their consideration for the customer, their respect for literally any extra costs, and also their thoroughness in noticing the burnt out bulb in the first place. Layers of good about this place guys, I recommend them HIGHLY. Also, I took time to write this review so that we could test the trailer out; we took our boat about an hour away and launched it into the river, and then pulled it back out later after boating for the day, and we were both commenting on how solid the trailer felt the whole drive there, and during the launching and re-loading process. The difference was incredible with the axle they installed compared to the stock one, and we didn't ask for anything extra or special. The trailer and truck feel like they travel as one solid unit now and is incredibly smooth and sturdy. We are beyond happy; Trailerman was the only part of our long and arduous journey regarding this axle on our trailer that was HUGELY positive and uplifting. Thank you Trailerman! And to anyone thinking about where to go: head to these guys if you need any trailer work!

Safety chains on our travel trailer were poorly mounted from factory, and the Trailerman refabricated a new location for them. They did an awesome job. Very professional. They were on time with the job and honored their verbal quote given to us. Will definitely go back to them in the future. Thanks to Mike in the office and Aaron in the shop.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The axel snapped on my work trailer and I couldn't locate a replacement. Trailerman took my order for a custom 3500 pd straight axel around 98 inches -quoted me a mere $350, and said turn around was a week. To my lovely surprise they put a rush on it for me so I could get back to work and it was ready the second day after I called! Quote rang in true, the axel is beautiful and well made. Has been serving me dutifully for several months now. Some of my customers have custom trailers made by Trailerman aswell- all awesome well built units. Extremely impressed with this business. Amazing customer service, prompt and great value. Will definitely be coming here for my routine suspension check on my RV. All people at this location were very professional and helpful. I'm so glad I decided to come here instead of my regular RV dealership. I got a new suspension system installed, and new leaf springs.

Chris and his team were absolutely amazing! They worked some magic and got my boat trailer axle fixed in a few days which still allowed to me go on my work trip. They saved me from losing a project. Absolutely incredible service!!
