Amazing customer service! City Cyclery inc. helped me remotely facilitate a sight unseen used bike sale. This could have been a risky scenario but Ben and staff put me at ease with a stress free transaction. They received the bike from the seller, detailed the bike, technician went over it, professionally boxed it and sent it out for shipping for a very reasonable price. City Cyclery played an important part of a 4 year (soon to be 5) in feeling the freedom of pedaling on his own. Thank you very much from our family to yours!

Been in a few times at different locations. Always felt taken care of and left with the bike riding perfectly. Great turn around time.

Stopped in yesterday to get A price for a new rear tire @ tube . Quoted me a price and told me to come back in 2,hrs and they would do it then. In 10min. It was done and I was on my way. Great job guys. I highly recommend them.,

My husband had a flat tire, so we took it in and they looked at it and repaired it immediately! They said it was a leak in the valve stem and it only cost us $20 after tax to repair. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Wonderful, friendly service! Would definitely recommend. We will be back if we have any more repairs needing to be done.

5 stars is not enough. My friend was in a hit and run and his brand new bike was in dire need of repair. Thad and the team at City Cyclery were beyond helpful and very generous in their pricing due to the horrible circumstances preceeding. The bike is fixed better than new and there's a 0% chance I'll ever use any other shop for my future needs.

My road bike was packed by them, and it was done successfully. However, I asked to have tape to mark where the bike was measured to my body. I was assured this would happen.It didn’t happen and now I have to pay for the expensive measuring again. I’m assuming it was the owner who apologized but didn’t offer anything substantial in the amount I’m going to have to pay. He also added that a bike fit is something that’s easy to do by oneself… I know it’s not. It takes a professional.In discussing this is issue, there were many inconsistencies between what he had said and then what the input from the mechanic had been.Buyer beware here and my suggestion is to go with another bike shop in Windsor.

Great group of humans running this shop. Always excellent service. If they have time, and the materials on hand, the will fix your bike while you wait. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Affordable. Highly recommended!

Thad and Ben were great! I was on day 1 of a 3-day cycling trip and I had issues with my rear wheel hub - the chain would not turn the wheel and the bike was non-functional. They didn’t have the parts to fix it, so Thad lent me the wheel from his bike so I could complete the trip! Thanks so much to both of you!!
