Brought my car in and spoke to bill who came across as super friendly even showed me around his shop . They did a head gasket job on my vehicle which turned out to be a complete mess and once i brought it back and complained he became a complete jerk and did not want to fix his mistake. Does even deserve one star!!!

Have always taken our families vehicles to Bills. Bill and now Kevin have treated us fairly not only in fixing the immediate issue but also diagnosing any repairs that will be coming up on the car. My greatest compliment is that I trust them with my children's cars.

My serpentine belt fell off on my way to a busy day. Kevin greeted me as the tow truck dropped my vehicle off. He gladly fit me in to the days schedule.I looked at the very comfortable waiting area with a Keurig coffee machine and soft sofas expecting to pay for all these amenities.My car was inspected; the serpentine was cleared; the pulleys were also okayed and I was on the road in an hour and a half. The tow bill was higher than the shop bill.I will drive from Amherstburg for such honesty and integrity. A rare find is Bill's Automotive.Thanks Kevin and crew!

Called a month ago for tires had the price right on the spot...price was very fair was able to view the tires in the show room they took great care of me took my old winter tires off installed new one bagged my winters and the price was still the same very reasonable price would recommend.

This team was so great! They were super quick to help as we were only there for the day. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a few hours and we were back on the road! Their customer service is fantastic. Would highly recommend!
