Great service! Very professional!

We started our business with TAS Ontario, and although he was great at the beginning, we had to change accountants after working with him for 2 years. He hardly ever completed our business taxes or WSIB on time, even after he said he didn’t need reminders from our end of the due dates. He would pay the late fees himself, but it’s just the fact that everything was done late; not professional for the amount of money we were paying him. He also offered to look over some of our personal taxes from previous years as he said we should have received more for our returns. Sounded great! Well that was a year and a half ago. I asked him repeatedly when he could get it done, and he said he would get it done the next month, or at the end of the summer, or... he never completed it.We then requested he mail us our personal taxes since he didn’t complete it, and he said he would mail it in a few days, or next week, or... and we still haven’t received our personal financial papers.After changing accountants, Glenn shut down our client portal where all of our previous financial paperwork for the business was kept. He didn’t send us back ups or give us any warning he was going to do this. After all of that, he cancelled our Sage account on our behalf without permission. He is a very unprofessional individual, and I caution anyone who is contemplating doing business with him.
