I have never had a pellet smoker before, was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle to run and maintain. With the Wi-Fi to home network, you can control the unit anywhere. No more sitting and waiting. Throw in the probs, and you got access to your food temperatures too. It’s easier then running my gas grill.Jeff not only walked me through the process ahead of time, he called me twice to follow up when assembling and when doing my first smoke.There is not doubt the product is superior and top class. The service is outstanding. There is no question that I made the right decision on my grill. Wish I had have done it sooner.Way to go Backcountry Grills, I will definitely be a return customer.
