Val is friendly and helpful, and came through when needed. I would certainly recommend the Eganville UHaul location. Val and her husband run a dedicated UHaul depot, and will do their best to take care of you. While scheduled well in advance, my 20' truck reservation at Pembroke didn't pan out as planned. UHaul was 4 + hours overdue reporting the non-availability and change of depot to the afternoon vs morning. Attempts to deal with UHaul late at night were frustrating with technical issues reported. I was on site at Pembroke 1st thing the day of scheduled pick up and Gerpreet there, helped me connect with UHaul and Val. The way things were headed was like a roller coaster ride, but Val helped us get a truck 6 hrs later than booked vs. 24-30 hrs. later. Any issues we experienced were with the UHaul infrastructure, not the individual UHaul depots.
