Jay and Nick make for a great team. They were prompt, professional, honest, and direct. They did a great job helping me install a new tub and shower in my basement, add a couple hose bibs for my front and back yard, install two new laundry closets with drains, and clean up various loose ends from prior work done by another plumber.I’m very happy with their service and professionalism. Jay instaled an Iron filter for me & charged $307 but when he left the water flow was restricted, he blamed the filter housing not compatible with the filter, I ordered a new filter housing from the same manufacturer as the filter, he installed them & the water was restricted again! this time he blamed the maufaturer of duping me! I talked to maufacturer and found out that Jay had installed the filters in a wrong order, however, Iron filters have to be installed at the last stage not before Sediment filters thats why it was cloged quickly. Another plumber instaled it at the last stage and working perfect now.Losing $307 + a filter housing ($50) + 2 cloged filters ($80) + having water issue for 2 weeks just because of Jay's lack of knowledge and experience. I never recommend Jay & Full Moon Plumbing

We called Jay today because our pipes had frozen and found him via Google. He gave us some advice over the phone and continued to keep in touch with us until the issue was resolved. He is extremely prompt and professional. We had never used his services before and he treated us as if we had been his customer for years. Yay, our faucets work! We will definitely be calling Full Moon Plumbing and Jay for all of our future plumbing needs.

Amazing work. Had a leak at our house and where other plumbers wanted to charge a hundred even to come for a consult, they came in, immediately narrowed down the problem to three possible culprits, and also finished the fix really fast and for a good price! Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if we ever need their services again.

We had Jay into our home today to fix a leaky kitchen pipe. He explained everything to us and was thorough and tidy in his work and very friendly. I could not have been happier or felt more comfortable with him and Full Moon Plumbing. I will call again and I would recommend his services to anyone.
