I love this place! I go in to pick up a cheap tarp and come out with $500 worth of tools I didn't know I needed. If you are a rural homeowner, prepare to spend a lot of time here. Ironically, they don't have a particularly large amount of car stuff (except tools). It's hard to describe exactly what they do sell. On my last visit my purchases included a set of fireplace tools, a TV Antenna, a drain hose for my clothes washer a hatchet and a bunch of tarps.I actually go in, pick up the printed circular and go back out to the car to read through it and come up with a game plan.

Called one week in advance for a towable back ho rented a trailer drove 150 klm to pick it up and was told that that it had no pump and could not sell it to me. They found one 50klm away from this store I could go pick up. Picked up machine everything went well. Just quit a bit of driving.

Finally in Quebec! After years of going to Princess Auto in Ontario and New Brunswick I'm glad to see this store in operation. My biggest problem is convincing friends and co-workers that such a store exists when I describe the inventory. They don't believe me. Exasperated, I end up challenging them to go into a Princess Auto and NOT buy anything. No one who has called my bluff has been able to. It's like a Dollar Store for guys!

Wait times are to long over phone, I've been on hold for over 15 minutes for an oil pump. Either you have it or you don't. This is so ridiculous, to anyone seeing this, go to Bumper to Bumper. Much better service and have everything you need

First time in Princess Auto in St Jerome, wow! Excellent service clientele from Judy, she went above and beyond excellent service. She stayed and made sure all sale items I had on my check list were found (floor stock to back-truck bay area). I came for one item @$17.99 temperature forehead checker and ended up spending close to $200 lol. That’s service and Niome at the cash was also friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work, merci et Cheers!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had in a long time!We bought a cement mixer from another princess auto and unfortunately, the mixing blades weren't the correct size for the unit we had bought. I called the Laval location and they let me know there was only one other mixer like ours in Canada and it was in Saint-Jérôme (we're from Ottawa).After calling the Saint-Jérôme location, they put it aside for me, took my number and said they'd be calling me back. Shortly after, someone called me back (I believe his name was Derek, or Daniel, wish I had remembered) and agreed to send me the right blade right away via courrier and this guy was on.the.ball!It's honestly the best client experience I've had in many years. Great service!
