Excellent service! After a few lapses in quality from my previous shop I was referred to Minit by a friend who spoke very highly of their service - he was absolutely right. Great email and phone etiquette, fair pricing, and best of all high quality work and respect for my vehicle. I found my new shop and couldn't be happier!

I visited them today with a potential problem. Tamara explained everything so amazingly. She checked my car and did not charge anything, because she gave me her opinion that there is no problem. I am amazed by their service and would highly recommend.

Car warranty sent us to these guys. Car wouldn't start they did diagnostic and said it was going to cost 240.00 for a starter. Asked about warranty said 2 years . Get to pick up vehicle cost 240 rebuild starter and only one year warranty. Don't go to these guys they will rip you off . I will not send anyone there ever .

Bill is (in my experience) that rarest of things - a decent and honest mechanic. Aside from friendly and professional service, he also tells you when it isn't necessary to replace a given part. Too many places fleece users, but I've found Minit Automotive to be scrupulously honest. Funnily enough, everyone else I've spoken to says the same thing about them. Happy to recommend their services to anyone, and will be bringing my car back for whatever future work is needed, safe in the knowledge that I won't be taken for a ride.

I had an oil change done and it turned out my car had a butterfly valve in my oil pan well minute outomotivw recored my oil pan it took a lot of time but they only charged me one hour and less then they quoted me plus I came back like I was asked and changed my headlight bulb which is a lot of work for absolutely no charge

I have been here a couple of times for work on my car and the service is amazing. On most occasions, I have my car back within one day. They call me to keep me informed on the status of my car. Usually they can fit me in for an appointment within the next few days too which is great! They have also done some small repairs that they notice when my car is in the shop at no extra charge. They answer all my questions (as I'm not well versed in automotive mechanics) and help me understand completely what is going on with my vehicle. Even when I'm dealing directly with the mechanics and not the service desk, the techs are awesome. I will continue to bring my car to them. Friendly, fast service.

I was having problems with my 2016 Jeep, the battery was draining overnight. I replaced the battery myself(son came and did) but problems continued. Jeep only has 3300 km. I had a feeling it was my door locking system, but that was just a guess. I made an appointment based on reviews and the place next door that does my oil changes recommended them. I am happy I did!!! The service was the best I have received anywhere! not just talking mechanics. Phone call to book was so polite, greeting me was so very polite, keeping me up to speed on progress wonderful. They provided all diagnositcs and were not 100% sure if the door locking system was the problem.( They were honest) so instead of saying we have to order this $1100 part( which they mentioned), they said lets try this first before we do that. I was not charged, I am shocked, I offered to at least pay for their time, they graciously declined. Thank youR" ( dont want to spell your name wrong)

Great service and pricing as well. They are transparent and thorough with their process. They have a very small waiting area. No tricks or anything here...would recommend.
