You have a very lovely woman working at mall entrance cash register. I saw her on Tuesday as my son and I were checking out and it's some of the best customer service I've ever seen or recieved. She was equally as nice to every person that went through. She should be recognized.

I was recently shopping there and two registers were open, 20 people were in line. There was an interaction between two cashiers behind the scene which went on for what I felt was an excessive amount of time. A good idea would be to look at the possibility of having 3 self check outs to assist in better customer flow.

Quite literally the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Called ahead of time to confirm if there was a party city at this location and if I could purchase balloons. Chose a few simple balloons that needed to be inflated with helium and was told by the CSR that I needed to go back to Party City (where there was no associate), get a slip, come back and pay at the register and then go back and collect the balloons.Horrible set up but I really wanted these balloons so off to Party City I went. About 3-4 associates paged somebody to Party City to help until I was told the person who could help was on their break and I would have to wait. No approximate timeline provided. I put the balloons back.On the way out, the CSRs gathered around the front register were too busy chatting with each other to be bothered to acknowledge a customer.What a joke.

Today me and my wife went into shop , I went to the outdoor center to print my turkey tag for me and my wife while she went to grab other stuff, the guy helping me printed my tag and when I give him my wife's card he got angry and said that he shouldn't do this cause he doesn't know who it is, I told him I can get her as she is in the store , there was no reply, I had the same issue by the same guy last fall with deer tags , it is legal to print someone else's tag off in Ontario, if he doesn't like his job just quiet , if his additude doesn't get better next time I come in I'll go to Canadian Tire in Listowel, they are more friendly and staff there

I was visiting from Montreal and arrived at the service center with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. It was determined that the hole was in fact a tear too large to patch despite best efforts. My tire size was not in stock but the guys did an awesome job finding a compatible tire and a short while later, I was on my way. A special thanks to Kyle, Chris and Cory for your help. Amazing service!

Really good Canadian Tire. They’ve got a lot in stock, especially for a small town like Stratford, and their customer service desk was really helpful when I bought the wrong coolant and needed to make a return. Gas is in a convenient location too getting on the highway, and their gas station store staff have also always been kind and helpful.

I made a 300km round trip today to visit this location as it was the only store in Southern Ontario that had a particular product I have been searching for- and they happened to be on clearance. I couldn't find enough on the shelf, but I did find Derek who gladly went back into the warehouse to get what I needed! In fact, every associate I came across today was very friendly and helpful. I found everything on my list with their help, as the item locator on the website wasn't quite accurate. Thank you all for making the drive more than worth it- much appreciated!

Poor customer service in ever aspect. Actual customer service has 0 customer service skills, look at you Mr Squeaky blue streak. Then the people fixing bikes send them out in worse condition than they came in back to back Canadian Tire as a whole is overpriced for what they provide as you can find everything cheaper elsewhere even if they’re on sale at CT. Plus other places are more likely to know what they’re doing if brought in to them. Thankfully the sports section manager knows what he’s doing so the 3rd time it seems to finally be fixed and shifting smoother than when I first bought it so that’s a definite plus.
