Northern Granite was recommended to us by both my brother and a friend. From our initial contact to our last conversation it was all positive. Aerial answered all our questions and went out of her way to ensure that we were 100% happy with the installation of our granite countertop. Anyone can make a mistake and they happen but it's what you do after that shows how good your customer service is. We had supplied full sketch with dimensions of the counter tops we needed to have quoted with cut-outs shown, along with material type, colour and finish. There was a significant range of pricing from high to low from the various companies we contacted but Northern Granite was the lowest. Feeling it was too good to be true I sent Ariel and email to ensure that the quote was for all 5 tops and that the cut-outs for the sink and stove top were also included. Received an email back stating that yes the quote was correct. I then called to see what my next step was and was told I needed to go to Concord or Mississauga to the granite suppliers and choose the actual slab and was also give the name of the company that had supplied Ariel with the pricing so I went to that one as I was told that the price may vary if I choose a slab from a different supplier. So I drove to Concord, spent the time to look at the various blocks of the type of granite we were looking for and came up with a reference number. I phoned Ariel while still in the parking lot to pass on the information and by the time I got home I had an email with 2 quotes waiting for me, one dated that day and one dated the previous day both at different prices. Needless to say the quote was higher than the original quote (more than 3 times in fact). Rather than send an email I phoned, I was told that she had made a mistake and sorry but that is the price and there was nothing she could do. I pointed out that I had even questioned the original quote twice and would not have driven down to Concord had I known that they were going to quote that high. The only response I got was too bad it is what it is. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. NOT a happy customer

Although Northern Granite was the only company we actually visited. We did our homework and read their reviews so we did not have to run around to 3 or 4 different stores. This is not our first kitchen renovation and I have had bad quality craftsman ship before and knew we did not want it again, you don’t replace your kitchen every year.Their price reflected their wonderful craftsman ship (trust me I have had seams filled before that I could have done a better job at). Norther Granite offers top notch quality, very personal, friendly service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used NGW twice. Once as part of a total kitchen reno. And more recently for a powder room reno. Each time we have been impressed with their customer service and workmanship.The ultimate test of customer service is how issues are handled. With our kitchen reno a section of the quartz counter top arrived and it was clearly the wrong size. NGW quickly told us we would get another counter top section. This issue was resolved to our total satisfaction.Thank you Trish, Ariel, Shane and Michael!

Let me tell you what happened when we worked with Northern Granite to put stone surface countertops in our kitchen.We contacted them and spoke with the very upbeat Trish and sometimes Ariel. A quick meeting at the office led us to believe we could work with these folks. They sent us to view some stones and make our choice. We reported back with the tags from the slabs for Trish, and they took it from there. Within a week, they came in to template - make the plan of the actual walls and sizes of the cut stone counters. Thirteen days later they arrived to give a new look to our kitchen.Shane & Craig arrived at 9 am and brought in the corner piece first. To cut a corner out of the stone and not use a diagonal cut to make the two pieces fit is a big thing, but NG did it for us. It was heavy and awkward to navigate, but they nudged it into place. No seam from the inside corner to the back wall made us very happy.The lead on the install was Shane, and his focus and attention to detail kept us relaxed. We had some questions, but Shane methodically took care of all the deets and left us more than satisfied with our choices. They were gone by 1 pm!!!We were really happy with our choice of stones, and more than satisfied with our choice of Northern Granite Works to do the job for us. I can't describe how totally pleased that I am with my experience purchasing the countertop from NGW. From Ariel in pricing and reception, to Sean doing the template to the two installers (whose names I've forgotten, sorry to say, but one was from the islands), it was a most pleasant experience. The installers were unbelievably accommodating and pleasant! Thanks for everything!

My experience with Northern Granite has been nothing but top notch. from our first visit to the show room with Ariel to the e-mails back and forth with Trish to measuring with Tom Jones. Our experience with Shane the installer was simply amazing, he is talented , professional & and a complete gentleman. This transaction was executed during COVID times I might ad, which makes it harder for everyone involved and most importantly to make sure we all stay safe & sound.Thank you once again Northern Granite I will be letting my friends know that my experience with you was amazing. Absolutely perfect. You can tell this company cares and is passionate about what they do from the owners to the installers. It is nice to deal with a company that has heart like this. Consultation, measure and installation were all super fast and simple. Fabrication is flawless with precise cutting and joinery. I highly recommend Northern Granite Works and will use them again in the future.

If your looking to have a granite counter top Northern Granite is the people to deal with. I just had them install my Granite counter tops in my Kitchen. Right from the start. They gave me a quote on my drawings quickly. Site measurements were done on state of the art equipment. The fabrication Of my granite was thought threw and the cuts were precise.
