Yesterday when I got up, I had no hot water....I immediately called Karen, and she has been polite and friendly since I started my deliveries with Bluewave and it is always a pleasure to talk to her....she is so helpful and knowledgeable......immediately she listened to my problem and said she would call me back....within 10 minutes she called and said Donnie would be here in about an hour...sure he arrived within the hour and fixed everything.....you have two great employees working for you and I always enjoy talking to them.....thank you Karen and Donnie

They are avoiding talking to me or my wife after multiple phone attempts and emails. All recorded dates and times. Lets see if this gets your attention before I elaborate.Turns out they want me to write a review.Don't ever use these incompetent people. As a manager in the service industry I expected at least a call back from a manager to discuss the situation. After months and months of requesting they are still avoiding us.They delivered oil to our address without our permission after we requested a delivery stop. Multiple times without us knowing. They were completely aware we did not want oil delivered on our account. They pinned us into a corner and threatened collections if we didn't pay.They're a fraudulent company and I would avoid them at all costs. They should be investigated by the correct authorities.McGillivray oil Services the same area. FYI.
