What a wonderful place! These amazing people were able to book me in for a last minute very urgent appointment when my family doctor and specialists let me down. I would give them a higher rating if I could because they staff exceed my expectations like crazy. They're extremely thoughtful, kind, and compassionate :)

Amazing staff. I am family patient for almost 3 years. Manager Brianna is so supportive. She is always ready to help. My kids love Gizelle. They are having great doctors and accepting walk-ins. Definitely recommend to others.

Among the walk-ins I visited, Dr. Hill was the fastest and the most efficient. There was one person in front of me, but it took about 15 minutes in total.

The MCI Clinic is fantastic! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The environment is clean, and they get you in and out as fast as possible. Can’t recommend this place enough, I wasn’t able to get into my own doctors office for months, they had everything completed that I needed done in under 20 minutes! Bravo! Thank you MCI Clinic, you guys rock!

If you make an appointment be warned they won't send you any reminders and will charge a $25 cancellation fee. A gross money grab when a courtesy text or call reminder would have solved the issue. They did not even try to re-book the appointment even though a check-up was recommended. They care more about money than their patients.

Clean and welcoming environment, went in at 2:30pm just after they opened and it was already pretty busy, I was seen and treated within 3 hours which is faster then most of the walk in clinics I've been to

Just went to this walk-in clinic. They apparently close at 7pm. It was 6:25 and they had two people waiting and told us they were not accepting any other patients. No other walk-in clinics open. Had to drive to the other side of Burlington. Very disappointing.
