I recently had the pleasure of getting a cut and color from Ivette and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. She took the time to listen to my ideas, and then worked her magic to create a look that was even better than I had imagined. The cut was flattering, and the color was absolutely perfect. Not only did she do an incredible job with my hair, but she was also friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.I would highly Qali, and Ivette in particular, to anyone looking for a top-quality cut and color. Lauren is a hair GODDESS. I leave my appointments loving my hair every time! She’s so talented and so so good at getting that perfect blend. Got her doing my wedding hair in a few months as well. Super easy to talk to and the appointment flys by. Salon is gorgeous which always helps too.

I adore Qali- such a welcoming and beautiful space! I've seen both Lauren and Ivette, and would strongly recommend both of them.My most recent visit was to Ivette, who is so talented and lovely- listening to what I wanted, and giving me tips for my hair. Both her and Kate were great to chat with. An enjoyable afternoon, and I left loving my hair and with a big smile on my face.

Had my hair cut by Kate who at the time of this review is an apprentice. However, the cut never felt inferior Kate took the time and asked the questions necessary to make sure my cut was perfect.

I cannot recommend Ivette highly enough! She is a pro and has turned my packet dyed black hair into a balayage dream. She has somehow saved my hair from the frizz and breakage that comes with lightening hair, especially since mine has been box dyed for so long. Book in with Ivette, you will not be disappointed!

I had an amazing first time experience at Qali! The girls were so nice and really made me feel at ease with the new treatments I had done.My hair is naturally super thin/fine/frizzy and as it continues to grow, I wanted to get extensions put in for a bit of fullness. Janelle was super informative on their process of weft hair extensions and as well suggested a Cezanne treatment, which totally tamed my frizzy hair - still can’t believe how less frizzy it is now!Ivette was amazing to work with and she tackled my hair treatment and extension installation with so much care. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and can’t wait to come back for my maintenances! :’)

I have been going to Ivette at Qali Salon for 3 years now, and she’s the BEST hair stylist, colourist, and more. I’ve been a blonde Asian for 5+ years and been to over 10 different balayage places and Ivette knows her stuff - she listens to what you want, she can get your perfect shade (or match it to one that suits your skin tone), and knows how to cut and style perfectly. She also cares a lot about the health of your hair and has gotten me to very blonde and smooth hair despite having natural jet black hair. She also saved my hair when it got ruined at another salon, and I’m so grateful for her skill. I’ve been lucky and can’t recommend her enough.
