La Senza

I have never had better customer service than I did at this store (TWICE!!!), both times served by lovely Alex. I was in a total rush and panic, rushing in 10mins before the store closed, feeling kind of unsure and uncomfortable. She was able to determine my (corrected!) size and help me figure out a purchase with such calm, tact and speed. Thank you!!! Promote this girl and give her a bonus! Or her own store.

Ex employee- came in to go shopping on my day off and was pleasantly greeted by the sales associates. However I was harassed by the Co manager, I walked in and as soon as she noticed me I received very dirty looks. she proceeded to sit in the back and wait for me to leave, (she was done her shift by now too)she then asked the associates working what I was doing, if I was causing problems, and told them not to talk to me. I AM A CUSTOMER NOW. She told staff specifically not to help me, despite hearing me ask some questions. It got to the point where the staff asked me to leave and come back once she had left so that they could help me and so that I could shop in peace. Everytime she even noticed someone off the floor and in the fitting room helping me she’d call them out immediately to come help her with simple tasks so I could not receive help. I have had family go in without me as well and receive the same treatment. Really unfortunate to see the workplace I once loved be dragged down by such a negative person. You could see the associates vibes shift from happy to absolute sadness and quiet when she’d come onto the floor. Hopefully the staff can manage to keep their work at work because that woman made them look like they hated their lives and jobs. (She doesn’t like me because I called her out and I quit cause she made fun of my mental health issues)

Staff is super friendly and very helpful! I have always found what I needed or likewise. The sales are amazing and there always seems to be something that has a decent price tag on it! They have many matching bras and panties or mix and match of all sorts of styles. They even have some pretty racy outfits, undies and floggers etc.Their location is perfect in the Tsawwassen Mills mall, it is very central and beside/or basically inside the food court and Mac makeup, Bath & Body works among other great stores!! I will be back of course!

My friend and I went to La Senza today (April 15th 2021) and we were waiting outside the barriers that were put in place for Covid restrictions. The lady at the front was looking at us but did not say anything, not even I will be with you in a moment". Her and her friend were standing up at the front talking

Really worst customer service when I want to Chk out the two ladies in front me got their bras nicely packed and when my turn came she just dumped it in the bag and stuffed the paper it’s not like I had a big line up …..I just kept looking at herReally disappointed

I walked in with very little confidence about how my bras were fitting, and left feeling like a new woman! I wish I caught the name of the sales lady who assisted me, because she was excellent. She was friendly and very helpful; fitted me for the right size bra and it was honestly such a cathartic moment. 10/10 customer service. It's so empowering to know your correct bra size finally so you can feel confident in your skin. My husband was also very impressed and happy with the service we received. Thank you, La Senza!!

I went in today to shop for myself and was in hurry. Alex helped me find so many right things. Helped with the size, fitting, chosing the colors.. literally everything. So professional with customer service and so sweet. Im never going anywhere else than this store. I wish I could give 10 stars

I went in feeling nervous haven’t had the best experience with staff in the past la senza stores but Alex made me feel very comfortable and helped with all my questions amazing customer service!

Did not grab their names but I came in lost. Seeking for directions. The group of female employees working today around 12PM was very helpful and assisted me. Great customer care!

The woman working this morning was very nice and even though I told her I didn't need help, she said she over heard me looking for a non push up light pink bra and was able to find me one right away !And the prices were amazing too.Store was clean, well kept and organized, which is often not the case at alot of lasenzas
