The customer service in store at 8th st location is amazing. Had the pleasure of dealing with daisy twice now , she has helped me so much and is so knowledgeable and personable it’s always such a great experience !

Daisy made my experience amazing. What a kind, nice, thoughtful worker… she made my entire day.

Today I got delivery notice from Purolator saying that they came at 10:50 am and did not find anyone home so I have drive all the way the their office to pickup my mail. my wife and I are working at home 5 days a week and I know for fact that the door bell is working well but the delivery person didn't bother to ring the bell.

Along with the lack of customer service, (been on hold for 30 minutes now) it would appear that to overcome their failings as a proficient courier, they feel the need to misrepresent the circumstances for their poor performance. Nov 30th 2021 Saskatoon... a beautiful day... clear as a bell, no snow, above zero, perfect day to deliver the package that reached their Saskatoon sorting facility at 5:45 am (this morning). I eagerly found this out from the tracking number as I waited around all day for my parcel delivery. Late afternoon, I go back to their website to re-view the tracking information for any updates. To my surprise... my package is held up due to 'Weather Delays - Service will resume weather permitting' . What a load! 'Purolator', if you're going to lie, at least be creative enough to make it a good one. I knew I should have gone UPS. Next time.

Today I got delivery notice from Purolator saying that they came yesterday and was not able to deliver for some unknown reason, so I have to drive all the way the their office to pickup my mail. I was at home and didn't move for a minute out of the house. So frustrating

I'm not very impressed with Purolator at all. I live in an apartment building. I went to work on Monday March 8 and when I got home, noticed a we missed you notice with an address to pick up the package on Tuesday March 9 at 2pm. I get there and they made an error and instead of leaving the package at the address took it on the truck for delivery again.The problem I had was I left for work at around 2:20pm on March 9. I got home from work at around 11:30pm and came home to see my package left outside my front door of my apartment. I checked my email and saw it got delivered at 2:50pm. So that means my package was sitting outside my front door for 8 hours and 40 minutes. You guys are lucky that my package didn't get stolen because that is unacceptable, you could have left another notice to pick it up. I read online that drivers have the authority to leave it there if they feel it's a safe and reasonable place. An apartment is not that while it's not outside the building, anyone inside the building as well as visitors has access to it as its sitting there up against the wall.I have heard horror stories about stolen packages. I'm glad I wasn't one of them and that the tenants in the building are good people.

I asked Purolator to put a fairly large, expensive package to the side of the house so it wouldn’t be seen on the streets but they put it right on the front steps about 10 feet from the sidewalk. Luckily, about five hours later, a neighbor came and picked it up and put it behind the house out of sight. But purolator seem to have no care about theft prevention of delivered packages

Purolator deliverymen are extremely unprofessional and should be reprimanded by the management team. I feel they come in just to deliver the tag but not the actual package. This happened twice with my Amazon delivery.There was a phone number mentioned on my address. They did not care to give a call. They entered into our apartment building just to glue the delivery tag to my postal box but never knocked on my door for the delivery which was just a 5 steps away from the postal box.Extremley dissatisfied with them. I wanted to give them 0 stars, however, I am unable to post my comment unless I give at least one. They deserve none.

I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly to me every time I go in. The shipping is faster and cheaper than Canada Post. Even going beyond this location, Purolator was able to reroute an incorrectly-labelled package to me within 24 hours with a simple phone call.
