What can I say if you are in the process of looking for a company to purchase doors from look no further. We purchased our beautiful front doors from Ruscan. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get on this door when company come over. Quality is great and customer service is on point. We recently had to reach out to Ruscan on a minor matter and can I tell you how awesome the customer service was.... amazing!!! We spoke with Arvin & Nicole, within 24 hours they had someone come out to our home in Burlington to speak with us and ensure any questions or concerns were dealt with. They even went a step further and updated our hardware to put our minds at ease! Now that is what I call service and care for their clients and reputation!!Thank you Ruscan Doors,O'Neil & Michelle Brown

**** they gave answer to this review to call a number but it is scam, they don’t answer and they have not taken any action for months, this is an update to their answers to my review. Don’t work with this company AT ALL****I wish there was a zero star to rate Ruscan doors. I have ordered my door 10 months ago and still waiting with no explanation. every time I call they say they are waiting for glass or something else. I am super unhappy with them. Just avoid and don't use themI contacted them multiple times and they don't reply at all. Anytime I called them I was told the lady ,Jaleisha, is busy , she will call you back but no one called me.They finally came and installed the door after I wrote this review and they damaged soffit of my house. They charged me on credit card before they completed the installation. The installer told me, they will come back to fix the issue. but they never came back. I contacted them multiple times, and now it is almost 8 weeks they installed the door and did not fix the damaged soffit.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Ruscan Door's poor customer service and delivery performance. I placed an order for a door on September 19th, 2022, and was promised delivery by December of the same year. However, the company consistently failed to provide me with any updates on the status of my order, causing me significant inconvenience, frustration and delays to my ongoing project.What is even more unacceptable is that the company had assured me that my door was in the final stages of production and would be delivered soon. However, they contacted me after a week that they didn't even know the color of my door. This shows the company's lack of organization and their inability to follow through on their commitments.Despite repeated follow-ups, the company provided me with vague commitments and repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises. They eventually gave me a new commitment date of February 15th, 2023, but it is now April, and I am still waiting for my order. The lack of communication and failure to meet delivery commitments is unacceptable.I urge Ruscan Door to take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I hope that the company will work to improve its customer service and delivery performance to avoid such negative experiences for its customers in the future. I strongly advise against doing business with this company until they make significant improvements to their services.

HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINISHED PRODUCT EVER! The team at Ruscan was responsive, accommodating, professional, expedient, and provided quality workmanship. They installed our new door not long after we moved into our new build and it was ABSOLUTE perfection. The frame matched our baseboards PERFECTLY, the door was EXACTLY what we asked for, and they left our front entryway complete and clean. Everyone who comes over comments on our door, neighbors comment, and even strangers walking by comment on how amazing our door is! YOU LITERALLY CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY! We will ABSOLUTELY be having them back to give us some new doors on the rear of our home in the spring! If you are deliberating ... STOP NOW and schedule with Ruscan IMMEDIATELY!"

Had the need of a single outside swing exterior door. Talked to James who took time to explain the product and provided tour of his factory as well. Price was little higher than a nearby competitor but timeframe promised for delivery and installation was 1 week. Handover from James to the installation team wasn't very smooth and had to call couple of times to get someone to come do the measurements. Alex from installation team was pleasure to deal with and he got the door installed in little over a week. Happy with the door and installation. Certainly recommend Alex for keeping me in loop during the delays caused from their end. Quality of door is good and comparable to other door companies.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with RUSCAN DOORS. I must emphasize that it has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise avoiding their services if given the choice.From the onset, our customer service interactions were less than satisfactory. Whether it was dealing with the customer service representatives, the service manager, or even the owners themselves, we consistently received subpar support and unprofessionalism.The workmanship provided by Arvin was far below acceptable standards. The poor quality of materials used on our door was evident from the start. Not only did they fail to match the hinges and handle properly, but they also left us with a newly installed door that had a broken handle. Additionally, the caulking used did not match the door color, resulting in an overall unsightly appearance. Keep in mind this is a replacement door they installed as the original door I purchased from them discoloured and was falling apart after the first year of install.To compound matters further, attempting to contact RUSCAN DOORS proved to be an exercise in frustration. Our phone calls and emails went unanswered, leaving us feeling ignored and unheard.Given these circumstances, I strongly caution against engaging their services for any project. It is essential to prioritize finding a reliable and reputable company that can deliver on their promises without causing unnecessary stress or disappointment.Please let me know if you require any further information regarding my experience with RUSCAN DOORS. They did a great job with the construction and installation of our front door. It looks fantastic. The service technician Reynaldo was very knowledgeable and polite.

Ordered a fiber glass entry door from them. After a month some cracks showed up and the hardware became flimsy. It's been a year since they promised to fix our door. Nothing is been done! The cracks are getting larger!!Update: so today my door was finally replaced FOR FREE. In addition, they were very kind in adjusting some of design options on the replaced door. So to conclude: it took a lot of time BUT the door was replaced and the team did a great job to satisfy our needs! The new photo is attached (the last one). Really pretty ❤ (hopefully will last for long)

Very disappointing experience so far! We ordered our door in Feb 2022, it is now Dec 2022 and are still waiting to get our door replaced since the first install has a factory defect, and still waiting our our lock to be installed. It's very unprofessional to have to wait for so long with no update as to when we can get the door and lock installed. Our emails are ignored and no one is getting back to us. This is not how you operate a business.

We ordered our door on Nov 2 2022. We were told that despite the distance from the GTA, Ruscan Doors would be happy to assist us by building a custom door for our new home with an estimated delivery of March 2023. It’s now almost July 2023 and no concrete date of when we can expect our door. We call and they say they will call back and they don’t. Our door very well may not even be constructed at this point. Excuses are made every phone call. For a company that boasts customer service and wanting to provide a custom door we have yet to receive any positive experience from this purchase. We would not recommend dealing with Ruscan doors unless you have a year or perhaps longer to wait for a door. As for us, this is holding up the construction of our custom home as we cannot gain occupancy with no door. It’s unfortunate that it has come to having to post a negative review publicly, but this has been our experience. We should’ve chosen a door elsewhere.
