The best powerlifting gym in this area and arguably in all of Canada.If you want to become a champion you need to train with champions.This is a humble gym which is focused on helping you achieve your best. The moment you step inside there is inspiration decorating all of the walls.In here you will strengthen your body but your mind and spirit.

Better then Beach Walk for price but mostly for building muscle, if your looking to lose weight first, beach walk might be better

I really want to thank Jerry for the hospitality. If you're interested in learning how to lift this place is for you.I am visiting my parents and needed a place where I could properly rest between sets, because last time I went to beach walk the community shooed me off the bench.From the moment I walked in I knew it was exactly where I needed to be. Three competition bench/squat racks. Ivanko KG plates with proper collars and lots more. And the community in there is fantastic.One of the members even paid attention to me recording my rest times and would stop the conversation when he saw my timer go off and say ill leave you to your lift". Then he helps me take the weights off my bar when I finished. Incredible!!What a gem of a place.If I lived in this area I would lift here 100% of the time.Kudos to you Jerry for building a solid community."
