Called to have someone check out an issue with my furnace on Aug 31st. I was told that a guy named Norm would call me back to schedule a time to come by to check out the issue. I never did get a call back, so went with Mountain View RV, who responded immediately, and did the necessary repairs in a timely manner and at a fair price.

Norm and Jared are total pros and do really high quality work. They installed a new boiler and hot water tank for our family and we will gladly call them back for any of our plumbing needs. It can be a pain getting someone to come out to a rural location like ours but Fusion came without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Fusion plumbing has given me the most amazing and best service I have ever received in the longest time. I called them at about 9:00 PM because I had no heat in my house. They called me back shortly after and asked me a few questions. After our conversation I was told that they would be at the house within 20 minutes. They found the problem but had to get parts. Before 8:00 AM in the morning they were at the house to repair the problem. Excellent work and service. I will go to no one else should I ever have a problem. Truly people who care and look after their customers.

Beyond satisfied with Fusion. Called them with a furnace issue, they called us to do some troubleshooting over the phone to ensure possible parts were brought with him as we are in rural Mountain View County. Came and fixed the issue, everyone was very professional. Reasonable rates. We will definitely recommend Fusion to others.

Needed 2 problems fixed. Gas Fireplace checked out and a plumbing problem with toilet. When first contacted was here the next day on time that he said he would be. Brought proper tools and completed the job in good time. Very professional and found problems and repaired. Quality work and thank you very much. Would definitely call Fusion again when required.
