First time ordering for this location but we will definately be returning! The pizza is cooked perfectly and was delicious. The pizza seriously looked like they do in ads! The customer service is what was truely amazing! Shout out to Aras for being so awesome and helpful!!Update: we ordered again for Halloween and again pizza was top notch and Aras was amazing. Adding photos of our order to show just how well made the pizza was!

The pizza tasted ok. My husband didn't like his, but he had meat, I didn't and mine was good. What I didn't like is how they charged me to swap an ingredient in the same price category. So I paid the normal price plus a charge for an extra ingredient when there wasn't an extra ingredient. They explained to me their system didn't allow them to swap an ingredient for another, which I then felt lied to because I never had this issue with the pizza hut on Montreal rd I used to go to.But I'd give 5 stars for the cashier, she was very friendly and kind.

Disgusting customer service over the phone, The girl who answered the phone , as soon as she answered she was getting frustrated and snappy. I called to ask a question about placing an order online and did not get my question answered because she was just super disrespectful , her tone , the way she was Aggressive and aggravated. She for sure wake-up on the wrong side of the bed .

Simran provided us with timely and friendly service. Our medium 3-topping all-day special pizza was warm, succulent, and delicious. We devoured it in the Pizza Hut parking lot, sharing laughs, smiles, and friendly chat. This is exactly what I look for in a late night pizza from a mom and pop shop such as “Pizza Huts”. Actually, if you’re in the area, I highly recommend trying out this joint.

TUESDAY DEC 27,2022! 6:50 pmThis place has REALLY gone downhill in the past year or so!VERY undercooked, pizza (after asking for well done), well done, and they can’t seem to cut it properly!Tonight I witnessed one of the female employees cough into her hands, and then continue to prepare food, absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!This Indian lady seemed more concerned with her Bluetooth phone call into her ear, rather than serving customers properly… management should speak to her and observe her actions, she is the one wearing the Bluetooth in her earThey don’t greet you, and they just look at you in the eyes when you arrive until you say something.coughing and then preparing other peoples foods with your dirty hands is an acceptable and may call the health board regarding this one, place was also very messy.you have lost my business and won’t be going back to this or any other locations due to poor customer service!Get your stuff together guys! Don’t forget who pays your salaries, the customers!Head office will be contacted.Mike.

Hello, just a word of advise .we ordered the Mediterranean con pollo and it arrived in the aluminum tray it was cooked it but there is not a top on it. It was placed in a pizza box so it was covered but for sanitary purposes it should have a cover on it . Please make this change for everyone’s safety and health .
