Brenden from Bisstek was friendly, skilled, and clearly an expert in his field. He provided a phenomenal website service to my non-profit organization based in Arizona. Before the call, I was able to send over the technical questions I had about using Elementor to edit our WordPress website. I had never used Elementor before and had several roadblocks I was running into that prevented my organization from being able to update our website. Brenden answered every one of my questions live and showed me step-by-step how to do it on my own. He troubleshooted with me and explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. What really impressed me was that he discovered a few issues our website had that I did not even know about and it was really cool to see him troubleshooting live; it helped me to see how he problem solved and ultimately resolved the issues. All in all, I learned quite a bit about website editing! Because of Brenden's help, I will now be able to have an updated website and the organization I work for will be able to showcase our work.
