New ownership must be really unhappy. I called to inquire about something and was met by a really rude woman who basically hung up on within 30 seconds when asking about something. Happy to take my $$$ elsewhere if you don't have time to be polite to costumers.EDIT (in response to proprietor's response):Not true. When I called I mentioned briefly that I had previously painted a mural at the old location (as a reference of who I am in this community). At no point was anything solicited on my behalf. I simply was introducing myself as someone with a history with the previous owners, but you took it completely the wrong way and hung up on me!Maybe you had a long day or something, but you COMPLETELY misunderstood my intentions. All I wanted was some product info, and a polite introduction.

Worst of the worst !!!!! Big scam alert !!!I have order a pair of boots and they have sent me a different pair , a much cheaper pair too . They ripped off the tags on the box so maybe i wouldn’t see … and when i called its like i was bothering her , and she said that she often sell those instead of the original ones ! Knowing the boots and the price are different !!! You guys are bunch of scammers !! Avoid this place if you want a good service !

Super helpful, good selection, great prices, and Amy was so kind and attentive to all my requests and questions. Found what I was looking for and walked away with three awesome dance sets plus a KILLER set of thigh high boots ~ thanks Amy!

Always loved stored like this. The staff are fantastic as well and have great eyes for sizes and stock. Lots more here than just lingerie as well. Right on the edge of the DTES, a store everyone cool knows about.

Great place to shop. They are really friendly and very helpful. There isn't very many places that carry the shoes they do in the sizes they do. I would highly recommend paying them a visit. I will definitely be going back again and again.

The BEST place for affordable wigs and hair pieces!!! I've been a happy customer for over 20 years!!! Selection of adult and exotic clothing is always huge and growing daily. If you don't see what you need they are happy to order it in special!!!

I love the hair that they have there . However the one wig that I favoured and bought every month religiously for a year they discontinued and I was quite upset at this because I do know what's one of the most popular ones and I also really dislike the service that I get there I feel that the lady that runs the place is very much worrying about new customers & that she doesn't pay very much attention to people that are regulars there that come to her shop at least once a month & for a long time and she doesn't seem to pay enough attention to the people that give her consistent business?! It's quite upsetting but I do love the dresses and the clothing they have there is superb as well I do love a lot of stuff about the place especially the hair shoes and clothes☆♡

Purchased my usual, arm warmers and stirrup thigh highs. Love model express. Often spending +$100 a Month lately. Really wonderful people that run the place.

Best store in Vancouver. The store is run by the loveliest people and they're incredibly helpful. Excellent selection of club/dance Wear at very fair prices. Also you can order in any pair of Pleasers!! Amazing!

This is the best shoe store in the whole entire world. I will not hear a word against it. I hope it stays around forever. Love you guys
