I absolutely love this shop. The gentleman who is always there is awesome. Always makes me laugh. Been going to this shop for about 20yrs now. Great place.

Delicious! Even though they were super busy and slightly under staffed service was fast and friendly

Went on Saturday, February 4 around 1pm to buy an ice cream cake for a friend's birthday. The young woman there was really helpful and nice, was able to make some useful suggestions, and wrote our friend's name on the cake with excellent writing. Will definitely buy from there again!

Said open till 10 went ar 9:01 and it was closed what a way to end my 30 min trip to get some ice-cream and get disappointed

I always buy ice cream from this location, and it is always good.Today I bought the same ice cream and I am so disappointed with the staff.For a medium cup that I paid 8.35 for I got this amount.When I told them that this was not the right amount, they treated me very badly and when I was leaving the store they were talking behind my back.I am not going to this location anymore.

My fiance ordered a gluten free cake, she overly communicated that I'm celiac and that I can't have any gluten in the cake. The staff were knowledgable and the nutrition label list was helpful as well. She had also asked to have this batman picture put on the cake. They were also accomodating by allowing us to alter the ice cream flavor as well which I was appreciative. However my brother picked up the cake and had asked again just to double check if it's gluten free and if it's safe, the staff had said the image ontop contains gluten. They would not issue a refund and said they had tried to call us but we have no record of any phone calls and I highly doubt they did. I was not able to eat any of the cake and it ruined the birthday party. They gave me the owners information who I had left a voicemail, to which I have not heard back from still.

Came to pick up a cake ordered 1 month ago to a closed store. Opens at 11am and is now 1pm with no one in sight. Never received a phone call or anything. No cake for the party. Tons of people outside store in same situation. Unbelievable. Will never use this store again and If you have a party or function. I suggest you look elsewhere for a cake.

Their is know one here to manage complaints or concerns. Had an issue with a cake and the fudge being bad. I contacted the store and their was only 1 employee, no supervisor or manager. unfortunately the employee was not able to understand me due to a language barrier. She took my number for the manager to get back to me. I received no call back so I called again, only to have the same employee answer again working alone with no supervisor or colleague that could better understand me. This is not fair to the employee or to the customer experience.
