This clinic is the full package. When no one else had appointments, they were able to get us in the same day. They let me go in with my puppy and treated him with the utmost care. The front staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to listen. The veterinarian, while efficient, knows what he is doing. I really enjoyed his honesty when it came to possible issues, pricing, treatment, etc. Since my puppy had an ongoing issue, they did not charge us some of the standard fees, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was scary to see my pet get sick but I am glad he recovered because of their help and with that, I am also glad I found a new vet to go to from now on.Thank you everyone at TAH!

I have been taking my boy Charlie to Dr. Dhot for 9yrs. Dr. Dhot is great with Charlie, compassionate, caring and attentive to my boy. TriCity animal hospital we are always greeted with a smile, staff is well educated in helping Charlie and the flow is very simple and easy. They keep the facility clean and are quick to answer any questions over the phone or in person. TriCity Animal Hospital is the Moses family go to and will continue to be for all our other fur babies. We have Bella our cat who goes to see Dr. Dhot. We went to see Dr. Dhot thinking we had to put our boy down as he was suffering. The Dr. Said how’s Charlie the doggie with 9 lives and looked at his eyes and said we can treat this. We have our boy home with us because Dr Dhot cares and wants the best for his patients and fur parents.Dr. Dhot called in the prescription and gave me instructions on where to go. I told him if I could give him a hug I would. Charlie knows that he feels better when he sees Dr. Dhot even though Charlie doesn’t like going to the vet lol.I would recommend TriCity Animal Hospital to anyone who lives in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas I gave em 5 stars.Thank you Tri Cities Animal Hospital for all the care, health and Wellness you give our fur babies.

We are very grateful to have been referred through word of mouth to Dr Dhot and his wonderful team at Tricity Animal Hospital. We've been taking our Bernedoodle here from day 1, and they were so wonderful, and kind to her, and made her feel very welcome there. Dr Dhot is very kind, very professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful doctor. His diagnosis has been spot on from day 1 anytime our dog was sick, and he helped her recover very fast. We recently did a spay there for our dog, and she recovered very fast and had very minimal discomfort. Thank you Dr Dhot and your team for being such a wonderful support for our puppy's health. Highly recommend here!

I've been taking my senior dog to this vet for several years. Spent thousands of vet bills for various things and never knew there were any underlying factors to the different conditions my dog was being treated for. I had to move vets recently due to a move and all this time it turns out my dog didn't even have a proper diagnosis for cushings. All her small problems make so much more sense now. In the most recent blood work done at this vet, they didn't even let us know how high our dog's cortisol levels were, I had to find this out at our new vet..! I'm so glad I fortunately found another vet that really knows what they're doing. Don't waste your money here. The vet doesn't even know our dog's name or gender despite our regular visits.

If you have a reactive or fearful dog I recommend seeing a different vet! The staff is friendly and professional but they did not know how to work with my fearful rescue. If I wasn’t able to muzzle him he said there was nothing he could do. I always left the appointments feeling a lack of hope and like I wasn’t doing enough. I switched to a new vet who vaccinated my dog without a muzzle and with no stress! She spent the time making sure he was comfortable, calm and had a distraction while she vaccinated him.I have a second dog who is not fearful and they worked well with her! I’m leaving 2 stars because I called for my dogs vaccination records and they could not find them anywhere. Turns out my dogs bordatella and lepto had been expired since February and they did not inform me. I had to dig through my past receipts to find it! They need to update their system and keep better records.

Dr. Dodd recently performed surgery on our cat that is 21 years old to remove a large tumour from his neck. We were very apprehensive for him to go under general anesthesia at first due to his age. After weighing the pros and cons we decided to go ahead. With Dr. Dodd's precision he was able to remove the tumour that was very close to a main artery. We cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him. Our cat is now happy and healthy.

I have had 3 animals under Dr. Dhot’s care over the last three years, after having moved from a larger clinic that had just turned into a faceless business. The rates are better, and the care is better. Dr. Dhot has never forced a treatment plan, but always explains all the options; we have been able to take the best care of each animal, given their unique needs and personalities. Recently, my dog has been through two cancer surgeries with Dr. Dhot. In both cases, he was able to remove all of the cancer, and my 13 1/2 year old dog is doing great! Great cutting skills, and great outcomes.

Giving him one star is being generous. For OVER a year we kept taking our dog to this clinic because WE KNEW something wasn’t right. For over year, this vet charged us over and over and over, did tests after tests after tests and apparently could never find anything wrong, oh he’s fine here but these meds and just medicate him he’ll be fine.Over a year ago my dog started limping and we didn’t know why. Took him to the clinic. Oh it’s from old age, they said.We finally had enough and few days ago took my baby to a different vet. TURNS OUT, my dog had been living with a huge tumor around his liver FOR OVER A YEAR. And the limping?? IT WASNT FROM OLD AGE he had broken his leg.For over a year my poor baby suffered and was in pain and this clinic DID NOTHING but to charge us hundreds of dollars and send us our way saying he’s fine.My baby is in heaven now and not in pain anymore. This will not be the last you hear from me clinic. This isn’t over. You made my baby boy suffer. I’m a hurt mom. This isn’t over.

This vet clinic was recommended to me by my previous vet (whom I really liked). I had recently moved to the area so my previous vet was too far for me to continue going to. I have brought my cats in a few times. The most recent time I brought my cat in for an exam, I asked the doctor about the discomfort my cat was experiencing due to her IBD. He asked me to repeat my question and when I did, he didn't even answer me and just ignores me. After a quick exam he says one of the girls will be in. No one came into the room. I didn't even know that was the end of the exam. There was no explanation or anything about the exam. He just left.I have since changed vets.
