Elements Metal Roof

I am so impresed with Elements Metal Roof. The roof looks great and thie installers were friendly and professional. The owner even contacted me to make sure I was satisfied with the new roof. I would recommend Elements to anyone needing a new roof.

Let me start off by saying what a great company to deal with. Their product is great and looks so nice on the house & garage. The owner (Charles) takes pride in his product & his team, as he should, because they are a great team for sure. From Tom that was super friendly, helpful and made us trust in them(so happy we did) , to the men that worked hard to install the roof on our house in freezing weather. Charles's company puts priority on emergency situations and we could not be more grateful for this. Thank You!We were blown away by Eugen and his team Ryan and Mitchel. They're talented, honest, knowledgeable, professional and hardest working crew you can get. They did such a great job installing the roofs. Very good experience with Elements from start to finish. My now roof looks amazing and compliments my house. They were very professional right from start to install and clean up. They came and did an in person consultation to talk about the roof and answer any questions that I had. When the team arrived to do the install they were very professional and safety conscious. They answered any questions that I had during the install and helped me understand how the roof worked. Communication throughout was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone considering replacing their roof.

Everything about dealing with Elements was professional and positive. The consult was in person and throrough, with all our questions addressed clearly. The material used is quality and the finished roof looks fantastic. Would recommend to anyone thinking about a metal roof.

Declined my business. After waiting a week for a quote, I received a call stating that my roof was too complex for them and they didn't want to take on the job. They have images on their website of previous jobs that look 10x more difficult. My house must not of been a very profitable one for them. Disappointed in this company after reading all of the positive reviews.

My wife and I needed a roof this year, 2023 for reference. Our old shingle roof was installed just before Hurricane Juan in 2003. We shopped around a bit looking for the perfect fit visually and functionally for our house. Tom from Elements came and met me at the house, showed me samples of their roof and discussed what sets them apart from other companies. We were impressed. There was communication the entire time and even an inspection of the roof by the installers before they actually installed. Charles the owner was also in contact with me the entire time and helped us through some repairs before the new roof could be installed. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor since moving into the house 10 years ago. Installation was quick and the look of the roof makes the house pop on the street. Best looking house on the street is what I've been saying! If you are having doubts and struggling to find a great company to install a new roof, my wife and I highly recommend Elements Metal Roof. Thank you to Charles, Tom, Mitchell and the installers, I wish I knew all of their names. We will need another roof for our garage within 10 years and honestly I don't have a single worry about it because I know I have a great roofing contractor on speed dial.

Great experience with Elements Metal Roof. They were quick to respond and the sales person Tom was very professional and answered any questions that we had. The owner Charles kept in communication with updates before and during the install. The crew were professional and kept the area clean. Overall we were very happy with their customer service and the roof looks great!

From the first phone call through the roof installation, the team at Elements Metal Roof were knowledgeable, responsive, professional and courteous. Elements was my first of four quotes and nothing compared. Absolutely worth the extra 10-15% when you visually see and hear about the products they use. They are the ONLY roofing company in Canada to use Owens Corning 50 year membrane! Why would you use a 25 year membrane on a metal roof that is going to last you 50+ years? They also use 24 gauge steel. Charles has done his research and the quality is second to none. The team that installed the roof was professional and extremely courteous - it was 30 degrees (and hotter up there on the roof) with no complaints. I have no complaints. Thank you for the beautiful roof. PS - the warranty is also transferable:-)
