Headwind Heating & Air Conditioning

Mitchell replaced our old gas furnace and fixed the ductwork to balance heating throughout our house. He was very helpful in going through the options for upgrade, helping inform a decision on what unit to purchase and quick and efficient on the install. The work was timely and he cleaned up afterwards. The new furnace and balancing works great with our house and our gas bill is much lower, huge improvement!

Very happy with the service we received from Headwind Heating and Air. We had an old furnace removed and a new heat pump and thermostat installed. Mitch provided excellent advice and great communication throughout the whole installation. He was quick to respond to any email or phone call and took obvious pride in his work. Woke up shivering on a November morning in Squamish. l was devastated to learn that our heating system had failed during the night. The situation was critical since an artic outflow was forecast to hit Squamish in the next couple weeks. We had to do something to protect our family from hypothermia and our house from collapsing. When l Discovered that Mr Hacker himself would be coming over to perform the emergency repair l was instantly relieved. Upon his arrival the ageing equipment was swiftly inspected and Mr Hacker had found the ignition element to be the culprit of our despair… Promptly The part was sourced and brought over on the same evening, once the problem solve and the dust settled we felt necessary to thanks Mr Hacker with a homemade pizza dinner ! :D
