Came to visit a family member who recently moved here and was very impressed. There’s outside garden with a pool in the centre of the building, would never think you’re smack downtown.There’s another pool inside and many other amenities too. The view from the upper floors is amazing, can see upstate New York and Vermont in the distance.

very bad and unprofessional service. I signed a new condo with them a year ago and they promised me the delivery date would be around June 30th 2020. Today is already mid-September and I still have no sign when would they deliver my condo. I sent a lot of emails to ask them what are their plan and all I got is we don't have any information from the operation team so we cant tell you."I'm actually "homeless" and all my plan for this summer was totally messed up because of this ..."

I am still in disbelief that a high end condominium company such as YUL would be extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Two weeks ago, we went to inspect our new condo and not only was the condo already damaged and had poor quality of work done, (floors crooked, glue, stains and dents everywhere) they even delivered a unit that was different from the initial floor plan! We felt deceived and lied to. We have reached out to the company only to be redirected to the sale's team. We have yet to receive any updates for more than a week now. This is quite unacceptable.

Truly beautiful condos in perfect location for walking anywhere in the downtown area. The details in the condos are quite tasteful. Premium look and feel, from the build to the appliances.The doormen are really nice, welcoming and happy to help with whatever you need.

Highest condo fee with the worst service. They are not intended to help the tenant, but to bring troubles to the tenant. The quality of the facilities in the condo is also worth discussing (if you ask the property management to send someone to repair, you need to wait a long time to respond and may not be able to repair well). Generally do not recommend it.

Beautiful place to live but please beware of an illegal rental scam going on here by a tenant named Brendan Hall (aka Brendan Christopher) . He will tell you that he owns the unit and then will attempt to collect rent from you … he is actually a tenant doing illegal and short-term rentals. Be careful renting any unit here! Check the ownership of the unit and use a realtor if possible.
