Everclean inc. Commercial Laundry

Our BnB had been a corporate client of Everclean. In 2020 Everclean destroyed $632.00 worth of sheets and linens by bleaching white sheets with coloured piping details. Because we wanted to 'share the pain' of the COVID lockdowns we agreed to wait for 'a reasonable period of time' for repayment as both our businesses rebounded. Now it's 2022 and after a full year of countless calls, emails, texts etc, Everclean will not respond, has made no effort to explain why they have not responded, even though they admitted to destroying our linens and promised to pay for them because it was 100% their fault. It pains me to write this review because I hate to expose dishonesty publicly, but their avoidance of my many, ,many attempts have left me no choice.If you are a BnB, Hotel, Inn or generally care about the condition of your linens, avoid this company at all costs. They will destroy them, then tell you what you want to hear, and ghost you when you try to get resolution. They take NO responsibility for what they ruin, and they're behavior is completely dishonest and abhorrent in what should be a mutually beneficial business relationship. A 1-star review is far too generous for this company that has little to no care for their customers. Avoid Everclean Inc at all costs!
