Very rude staff. Expensive and poor quality service.

Frank, Don and Frank Jr. have taken care of my vehicles for over 37 years. I keep coming back because I trust them to take care of my vehicles. This is true of so many of their other loyal, lifelong customers whose children are now bringing their vehicles to them.

Purchased and had installed, 4 new tires, was told it needed over $1600. Of work done, before they could do alignment. I went elsewhere for repairs (far less $). I contacted Port Huron tire to setup my alignment, and was informed, we don't make appointments". So I was there

DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!! Went to pick up my car and had my 2 dogs with me. I always bring them so this was not unusual. Frank was more than disgusted, screamed at me in front of 3 different customers and all his mechanics in back. In fact, I had to wipe his spit of my glasses. Told me not to bring my “shitty little car” back. One of my dogs is my pet-support animal and a certified therapy dog. Don’t expect kindness in that store. I phoned the police and even though he lied to the officers, lucky for me they have cameras. Also, if you try to call their corporate office, they are not part of Firestone. Good luck to all seniors and animals.
