The Kuldo Restaurant

Pizza need to improve. Nachos are Naches. When ording the beef there need to be more toppings, on the nachos. Waitress was friendly and the place is nicely decorated and seem family friendly. Price seems really fair. Would go again.

Spacious, bright, lots of windows, comfortable seating. Excellent steak set dinner on Mother's Day. Understaffed but comprehensible given the high wage competition from LNG. Serving staff is very good.

Newly renovated restaurant, with very well laid-back social bar downstairs. From helpful staff to variable menu options. I recommend the Chinese food and a good favorite of mine, hot wings !!

Always great food, especially the Asian cuisine. Wait staff is always pleasant and chatty, tho sometime a few people short. Music needs to be a little less country, but this is one of the gems of Kitimat.

I’ve had 4 out of 4 good experiences so far but the last one left me impressed. I held a staff training session and my first plan to feed 13 people fell through. We called the Kuldo and made a big order last min. Everyone was impressed and happy with their orders. Everything was warm and nothing was short, well presented and made right. There was plenty of sauce and dips for all meals. Whoever was working the kitchen Sunday February 20th…. Bravo, well done! We will be coming back for sure.

Fair priced food, friendly service

Great service, very good clubhouse sandwich. But the frozen fries were terrible. That and the lighting inside needs a dimmer it's way to bright.

The services and food have gone downhill since the restaurant opened; a few friends and I went for dinner the other night, and the waiter had no clue what she was doing (I feel bad for the young lady training under her). The food was not even good and came out cold and random. One person got their food 30 mins before the rest, and then the rest of the food came out but not all at once, just at random; burgers used to be big and juicy. Now they are dry and cold; the chicken alfredo not worth it dry. When I went to the manager to let her know about our experience, I was shocked to realize the manager is the one that is always sitting upstairs doing nothing all the time; when I told her about the issues, she just had a smirk on her face the entire time unprofessional had nothing to say not even a sorry or offer a discount for the poor quality food we were served. My company and I will not be going back. Also, the worst part is there were probably three other people, including my table, so the poor quality service and food can't be blamed for being super busy. I hope this review helps you decide not to go here.

Great Chinese food menu with gluten-free options often available. Always check first, but the staff are willing to accommodate as they can. Excellent service. Quick preparation. One of our favourite take-out restaurants in Kitimat.Highly reccomended!

Eggs Benny needs work, At least make the hash browns crispy and not sure what's going on with the hollandaise sauce. New food ventures really need to put thier best foot forward. Service was very good.
