Both the receiver have no sense because they do not how to deal with truck driver.they don’t have washrooms for the truck driver.

Always have the materials we need for our job.

Not very customer friendly too much attitude and think they are better than there customers

Poor customer service, did not respond to emails, ordered hardy board from them and was told the colour I chose had a lot of stock. So I chose that colour to ensure if I was short on product, I could get more in a timely manner. The order I received was based on the company’s recommendation. I had to return $800 in material due to the wrong estimate of material at a 20% restocking fee and had to purchase more of other items from a different supplier and had to arrange all delivery. Not a company I will deal with in the future. Not to mention they wouldn’t refund me on the spot for returned material, I had to wait 2 weeks for a cheque and they would not mail the cheque to me. Awful customer experience and my time was not valued at all.

I am truck driver when i was enter in receiving area. There are two receiver which is behave was very rudely as wellthey do not have washroom for truck driver.
