I have had the pleasure of working with Media Suite for just over two years. (I would give them 10 stars if Google would let me.) I searched and compared several companies when looking to redo our old website before choosing Media Suite and I have not been disappointed. They have done a beautiful job on designing and building our new website, including high quality pictures that look amazing on both desktop and mobile. They have also done a fantastic job with our advertising campaigns. They are quick to respond with any website changes or concerns (thank you Trevor) and offer amazing suggestions to any current ideas/changes (thank you Victoria!) I have been so impressed with the everyone I have had the pleasure of working with and look forward to collaborating with them for many more years to come!

Warning everybody - Do NOT do business with this company!!!! They do not return calls or emails back, and they will take your money and prioritize other projects despite contracts being signed. These people WILL take full advantage of you. My biggest regret was entrusting Media Suite with my project. Look elsewhere guys!

I do not recommend working with this company. We invested over $30,000 into our project with Media Suite and they have completed disregarded our project, failed to respond to our emails and call for weeks on end, and are now attempting to raise the budget by $7,000.00. Trevor guaranteed that our project would be done by November and it is now April 18th. Do not expect good customer service, timely responses, or contracts to be adequately fulfilled.
