My husband and myself have just become new patients of Dr. Saric and Smile Design and we are both seriously impressed. The staff are professional and at the same time very friendly and immediately put you at ease. When you are in the office you get a sense of the teamwork amongst the staff, with everyone pitching in to help out with a smile and kind word. It has been quite a few years since we had been to the dentist and there was no shaming just a positive attitude and assurance that they can fix whatever is wrong. Also a 5+ star rating for the hygienist Michelle, she is a miracle worker and has such a wonderful attitude, even in the face of many years of tooth neglect. I have been a patient of Smile Design Dentistry (Dr. N Manna) for several years now and have been totally satisfied with the level of care, hygiene, technical equipment with this practice. Most people become anxious when attending at a dental office whether it be for a cleaning or more extensive work like a filling, root canal, extraction. I was a patient since 2020, until the summer of 2022, when I felt I was treated more like a unit rather than a patient. The dental hygienist was very aggressive and I was in pain. However when I asked her to please stop, she said I was supposed to be there" for a certain amount of time. Which gave me the impression that it's about how much money they could make
